TEAM DONALD--Biggest Loser 11 Spring Team Challenge

:wave2:

:mad:OK, who ratted me out?? I thought for sure that darn pound was in the bag of tortilla chips in the pantry, but apparently it moved into the box of cake mix that I had to use yesterday. Why, oh why would I offer to make a full size sheet cake for the PTA???? What was I thinking? Licking the bowl was bad enough but then it rose to high so I had to take the top part off and that is my favorite part. :headache: And I still have to make the other half of the cake some time this week. (half chocolate and half vanilla). I will be okay once I decorate it because I don't like frosting but naked cake is definitely a huge Achilles heel for me.

So I ate some, probably about the equivalent of a regular piece (I was eating the scraps) and have put all the rest in the freezer. I will tell the kids to take the rest of the scraps from the freezer to school with them for lunch or snacks. By the way did you know that a serving size of cake is TWO (normal sized) cupcakes? I would have assumed it was one. I had no idea. Definitely a good thing to remember. :rolleyes1

What equipment do you need to optimise your weight plan? Do you have everything already? If not make a priority list and a plan to acquire whatever is left.
I have picked up just about all the things that I need. I needed some hand weights and got those. Needed a journal and got that. Needed a new refrigerator and got that. And I got the Shred DVD. I need a new sweat band-- yep I rock the 80's look when workout,
jog.gif
can't stand to have sweat on my face. See why I can't work out around anyone?

We have discussed joining the Y again but for now have decided against it. Swimming is my favorite exercise (no sweat!) and the best for me with my foot issues but the time we want to go is when they are busiest and there would only be one swim lane open so probably not worth it. DH is going to join the gym right near his office. He gets a work discount and his boss works out there at lunch so if he is late getting back the boss won't care!;)

I absolutely cannot stand the summers down here, its so hot you don't even want to go out of the house. Plus it is so much prettier up there especially in that area than anything down here.

One of the main reasons we want to move is that we are both outdoorsy small town lifestyle laid back people and there are just way to many people around here and nothing to do, for us anyways.

We just got married and are trying to start our lives together but there is just not much happening for us here (case in point: I have been trying to get a job in my profession for 7 months and the best I have gotten is a part time as needed sub job) and I think maybe a change can be a good thing.

It sounds like you do have some pretty compelling reasons to move. Jumping out of your comfort zone can be hard but is very survivable. I got married on a Sunday, we packed the moving van on Monday and on Tuesday I left all my friends and family in Illinois for Texas. We had very little money and no where to live and I was terrified. But it has all turned out fine and I wouldn't live in Illinois again if it were the last place on earth! But I hated TX too. Love being in the Southeast.
Dh went out to get some ice cream and he offered me some. I took a small spoon and didn't even fill it up. Just to have a taste. He was surprised that was all I took. I told him "I spent 30 minutes on the bike this afternoon I am not going to blow it.":banana:

The funniest show we have seen is Brad Sherwood and Colin Mochre from "Whose Line is it?" It is truely the funniiest 2 hours you could ever see. they are coming back to this area but we are taking the boys to see Ryan Stiles and a coupleof other guys from the show to see what they have offer. I am sure that it is just as funny.

:woohoo: on the ice cream! That is one of my biggest weaknesses. Along with cake.

We love Who's Line is it Anyway! That is one reason why I could never do Weight Watchers again-- DH would just keep saying to me "The points don't matter"! :rotfl:

UGH, I think Jillian is screaming at me. I better go and get my sweatband and cause myself some pain.

Everyone drink lots of water today and make some great healthy choices !
(and stay away from the cake AND the tortilla chips)

What equipment do you need to optimise your weight plan? Do you have everything already? If not make a priority list and a plan to acquire whatever is left.

I have an exercise bike, exercise ball (that needs to be inflated) and some weights (1,2,3 & 5lbs.) I am sure that is enough equipment to get started, just need to get motivated to use it. I am really hoping to get out & get walking again, but the weather we have lately is simply not conducive. Once I lose 10% of my body weight, I would like to try the couch to 5K program. When I do, I will probably need to be fitted for some good running shoes.

Our school district does a 5k race in October & I would like to enter this year, and be able to run the whole thing. I also want to get my bike out this spring & take rides with the kids......need a bike helmet.....

I have never liked to exercise, and I particularly hate to sweat... but I know I need to work through that. Has anyone who hates sweating & exercise become a person who really LOVES to workout??? I would like to be that person some day......

"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit." ~Aristotle

(donac, you probably recognize that as one of the signs hanging in the front hallway of your school.)

Have a great day everyone!!

I wore jeans.... all day. Typically I come home and put yoga pants on as soon as I walk in the door but today I wore jeans and didn't even notice!!!

Went to the podiatrist today and he was pleased with my sneaker choice, I went with an Asics running shoe. Gave me some tips on stretching but to not over stretch. I picked up some better shoe inserts. And he said I could still train for the 5K, so I'm pretty stoked about that.

OK off to put the kidlets to bed. We probably won't have school tomorrow but they haven't called it yet. We'll have to get up at 5:30 to check, blech.

First of all... nice job on the NSV! I agree... wearing jeans all day and still being comfortable is GREAT!

Second... glad you got the a-okay from the doc to start training.

Third... would it KILL them to cancel school at night?? Especially when it is a no-brainer?? Our school system actually DID cancel last night, but it was one of the only times I can remember since my kids started school 10 years ago.

Following my little cruise obsession right along here:

What was your favorite show on a cruise? For those who haven't cruised your favorite show/concert that attended

Well... haven't cruised, so can't comment there. And I'm not big on concerts either. I do love musicals though. Pretty much anything by Andrew Lloyd Webber is GREAT.

::ssst: There is a pound missing and I am hoping that if I am very, very quiet it won't find me again. . . I am pretty sure that I know where it is hiding so as long as I can avoid the pantry maybe I will be okay.:goodvibes

Hope it didn't come find me!!

:

I am originally from Illinios and this would be my deciding factor:
(Wasn't sure what parts of MI and FL you meant so I just picked roughly central. )

NOAA Weather from Grand Rapids, MI:
Today: A 50 percent chance of snow. Cloudy, with a steady temperature around 18. Blustery, with a northeast wind between 16 and 21 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph.

NOAA Weather from Melbourne, FL
Today...Partly cloudy. Highs in the upper 70s. Southeast winds 5 to 10 mph increasing to 10 to 15 mph in the afternoon.

Seems like a no-brainer to me!

Wonderful to have a nice clean bedroom and office area:banana: I like that clutter guy that comes on Oprah every now and then, he even wrote a book "Does this clutter make my butt look big?" about how clutter affects other areas of your life too. I know this is odd but I have an obsession with cleaning and organization.:lmao: I am always finding better ways for me to do things. I have to make up my bed as soon as I get out of it and I have to clean the kitchen immed after we eat a meal and don't even get me started on my laundry system! I just wish DH & DS shared similar habits:) Last week, I went down to our cellar for the first time when I needed to get something out and saw that we have a TON of space down there....I'm going to move more items down there that we rarely use and free up some more space in our apartment:lovestruc

Shawn

The Oprah guy has his own show on the OWN network now (Peter Walsh). I've watched it a few times. I had one of his books on Audio a while ago too. I am also a bit obessed with cleaning and organizing... okay, admittedly, more with the organizing than the cleaning. I actually spent more time straightening and organizing my scrapbooking space than I do actually creating pages sometimes!

What equipment do you need to optimise your weight plan? Do you have everything already? If not make a priority list and a plan to acquire whatever is left.

I feel like I have most of the equipment I need now. A few more pieces of exercise equipment would be nice, but not necessary. The things that I have that I use all the time include my digital food scale and measuring cups/spoons, treadmill, good sneakers/running shoes, music/earbuds (for running), hand weights, food journal, and WW literature and such.

The few things that I might like to have would be purely "extras" and not really "needed".

IWe just got netflix, and michael is watching that annoying movie "Fred". His squeaking voice drives me crazy. Our cable bill just went up again, so I'm going to cut back to just the basic cable for reception, which should only be 20-30$ and do the netflix through wii for 10$ a month. Better than the 95 they want.

Have a great day everyone.

We just got Netflix as a family Christmas gift. Anyhow, that annoying "Fred" movie is actually pretty funny, if you can get past his AWFUL voice. DS saw it on Nickelodeon a few months ago. Somehow I got conned into watching it with him. I felt really bad when Fred got bullied, but overall it was a funny movie.

I'm sorry, but the statement "NAKED CAKE" just got me chuckling here! I don't like frosting either, so by default I'm not a big cake fan. But cake batter.... YUM!

Morning friends! Well.. it was morning when I started reading and posting, but it maybe afternoon before I'm done!

Our mini pre-storm hit yesterday and caused some slippery roads, but nothing too bad. The middle school dismissed a bit early to be sure that the buses were back on schedule for the high school and elementary school. DD's swim meet was cancelled (thank heavens!), so she decided to go to her regular club practice. I wasn't going to go out in the snow again, but we had a break in the weather from about 5-9 pm or so, I was able to take her.

Today's big storm has begun... not sure exactly when it started, but I had about 5 inches to snowblow at 8 am this morning (a bit of it from last night... I had snowblowed about 3:30 pm yesterday). And right after I came in this morning the snow started POURING down! A bit after that I heard it change to a more frozen precipitation, but that didn't seem to last long. It is too cold here to have anything like freezing rain.

I'm sure I will have to snowblow again later today, but hopefully that will finish it.

I've spent most of my computer time on the Scrapbooking boards this morning, so I'm afraid I will cut it short here. I hope ALL of you experiencing snow, ice, freezing rain, or whatever, stay SAFE and WARM today! I hope everyone's power stays on! I'm going to be at my scrapbooking table! TTYL......P

Hey y'all! I've got everyone's WIN numbers recorded, but I'm gonna knock off for tonight and post results tomorrow. If anyone else would like to send in last minute numbers, please do!

Oh shoot!!! I totally forgot. I will send those in momentarily.

Buffy- Hope you're surviving the storm down there. It looks like most of CT is going to get the ice mix, hope everything is ok.

Ok, now I think I caught up. Off to do my run and some laundry.

doing ok. We had about an inch or more of ice and now it's raining. My driveway has not been plowed yet, I hope he comes soon. My biggest concern right now it the thin glaze of ice on all the trees. The pine tree that I was most concerned with hitting the house fell last month, thankfully parallel to the house. No power glitches as of yet, knock on wood!!

As of 1:30am they hadn't canceled school. We are at the mercy of the HS and they hate to close!! But the kids didn't have school today. Even if they did there was no way I could get out of my driveway so they wouldn't have gone anyway.

We will probably have a delay tomorrow, it's supposed to be below freezing all day but then we are supposed to have 4 days of above freezing temps, hopefully some of this mess will melt.

Burr its cold. The midwest got their blizzard and includes quite a bit of my family. YIKES! We have our own sans snow blizzard going on with cold temps and very cold and strong windchill thankfully sunny blue skies so no rain in forecast. We had icey puddles on the ground which is something I have NEVER seen here. frozen dew on windows a couple times a year YES but ice on the ground NEVER. IT was 33 but felt like 22 this morning. Much to cold for me. I know that is nothing for some of you but I'm freezing in my house at 60(no heat). I got a space heater running in the bathroom so I can tolerate a quick shower. Tonight we are due to drop even lower down in the 20s(without factoring windchill) and I think I'll run the space heater tonight if needed. Last night I made it through without it. My brother is outside in it, he hunted down his hat this morning. Yeah that's how infrequently we use them things, I regretted not having Zoe put on gloves this morning. Hope her hands are staying warm.

My 30 Day Shred got interrupted today. My mom and brother popped in while waiting on a prescription for my brother to be filled. I got back to it after a quick warm up of marching and jumping jacks. And to compensate I did 15 minute cardio(an old McDonald's dvd I've had around for ages) right afterward.

Well off to my shower. I want my hair to be dry before I leave a little after 3. Its 11 but it takes my hair a long time to dry and I don't like blow dryers. If I have time after maybe I'll get caught up but I still have to do my meal planning to go shopping. I suppose I'll just pick up a few things after church tonight when the store is not so busy and do more shopping tomorrow when I'm not so busy busy busy.

Good Tuesday morning Team Donald

We have a delay this morning. I have no idea what kind of mess is out there. PLease stay safe anyone in the track of this storm. I can't believe how massive this storm is.

I had a pretty good day yesterday. I was right on with my calories but at the end of the night I was hungry. I did have a cup of tea with some milk. Dh went out to get some ice cream and he offered me some. I took a small spoon and didn't even fill it up. Just to have a taste. He was surprised that was all I took. I told him "I spent 30 minutes on the bike this afternoon I am not going to blow it.":banana:

I had a rotten night sleep. The phone for my delay came at 10:40 and woke me up. When I did go up to bed dh was snoring and I couldn't get to sleep. So I came down to read and finally fell asleep. Dh got his phone call at 4:50 this morning for a delay.

QOTD What equipment do you need to optimise your weight plan? Do you have everything already? If not make a priority list and a plan to acquire whatever is left.

I think I have just about everything I need but my treadmill is slipping so i need to call in a repairman. Then I will have everything. I have weights, dvd, an exercise bike, and a treadmilll. I recently got a tv in the basement that I can hook up a dvd player. Just have to do the final hook up.

The other QOTD about the shows. I have never been on a cruise but I just want to comment on some shows I have seen that I loved. I am a big Barry Manilow fan. I have not seen him in about 5 years but he has a fun show. I love Michael Feinstein. I have seen him in concert about 5 times. Every time we see him it is a different show depending on his latest album. we saw him in Nov and he did a lot of songs that Sinatra made famous plus some of his standbys.

Off to get breakfast and think about cleaning off the cars.

Have a happy, healthy and SAFE day.

I've never been on a cruise either but we've been to a lot of concerts. My favorite was Adam Ant on my birthday about 15 years ago. It was a small venue and I got up close-he ripped up a rose over my head and I kept some petals-- laminated them even-I still have that. Been thinking about it a lot lately because I've been listening to a lot of my old stuff and one of his albums was my first that I bought with my own money as a teenager. I just absolutely adore that man.
Donac--I've been journalling and I'm up 2 pounds barely. I have a strong suspicion though some of it is muscle as I've been using the weight machines more along with the elliptical. I've got an appointment tomorrow though for a full work up and hopefully the doc will ok me to go back on the pill. I can't see any reason why not-- I don't smoke. Then I'll be able to gain a few pounds. Or I won't have to keep fighting to stop losing anyway.

I know your snow is serious business right now but I so envy you! When it snows here it's so beautiful....We're going up to Portland for V-Day weekend and will "visit" snow at Multnomah Falls here:
images.jpg
PHO-09Dec10-193009.jpg
[/IMG]

so that will be nice.

Our union contract is up soon and they need people for the bargaining committee--I'm feeling some pressure to do it but I just can't. I wish I were more like some of you ladies on here--so organized and completely selfless. I'm just pretty much a walking bundle of nerve endings though right now just trying to keep my head above water. I'll help as much as I can but I can't commit to something like that--it's a lot of time and I can't mess around with my work schedule-- which is all over the place.

quotd:-I have an old stepper that is not enough for me anymore, and a manual treadmill which is also just not enough. Also have a stationary bike which is great, but the tension is messed up on it. I'm really becoming addicted to the exercise equipment at the pool-- I'm going to need to keep going after my 3 months are up I think-- another cost-oh well. The jacuzzi-- is a huge bonus too. Good exercise equipment is so expensive--it's worth it I think. What I do have that I absolutely love is an old mp3 player I got for $12 at Target years ago 75% off. It's a little girls and has a wrist band and is simple enough for even I-- technically challenged- to figure out. Takes a lot of abuse too.
Well-- gotta go get ready to go to the pool. I say pool but I don't use the pool anymore. My hair and chlorine just don't get along and I'm not having any back pain so I can do other things-- not like when I first started. I miss swimming though.

Cool, I am in the top ten! It was a good week. I didn't believe the scale at first, but I got a new, Biggest Loser scale for Christmas.

Guys, can you help? Don't know how to do these mini quotes you guys are using and I need to learn before I start coaching in a few weeks.

Tools? I don't have a treadmill, but I do have the Biggest Loser Power walk, and I use that when, like tonight, I cannot get to the gym. We are getting pounded by a snow storm right now.

The best thing I have ever bought for myself, professionally and personally, is my I Phone.

I love My Net Diary. Works just like WW only uses calories, I just use the calorie equivalent of my points. Big data base, lots of foods stored. Tracks everything and links it to the website, synchs it perfectly, from the weight to the notes

Just cost a few bucks, and no monthly charge.

Also love Nike + GPS. Love the Face book cheers.

If someone can help me figure out the quotes, I would appreciate it.

Did I mention that I am a technodolt?

Wow!! I am not even going to try and catch up with anything :(
I was so sick for the past week-8 days. Asthma attacks ( which hasn't happened in over 8 months- Dr. Said I had bronchitis and an ear & sinus infection.

The weather is very strange here, cool one day, too warm the next day, then back to cool. 77 here today and it hasn't helped anyone feel good.
Humidity is at 90%

I am back on a schedule now and getting back to eating better. you would think NOT eating would help - Nope. it's totally true you have to eat to lose.
I can offically start walking again tomorrow and Dr. Was pleased with my weight loss and my BP was down! Being off a schedule- it's frustrating.

I hope everyone is having a good week & stays safe in the storm!

Thank you for pointing that out! I had forgotten about how bad the humidity here is, it sucks esp. in summer ugh! The back and forth in temp is really killing me too. And can I just say how much I am looking forward to actual seasons and not just just hot, ungodly hot, kinda cool, and coldish!

Well, we have arrived at our first opportunity to see those inches being whittled away and to celebrate our successes.

The Donald team started the challenge with 22 WINners and 16 are reporting this week - including 3 newcomers.

Collectively, over the first 4-week period, "Donald" has:

  • Lost a total of 39 7/8 inches
  • Lost an average of 2 1/2 inches
  • Lost an average of 1.45%
Our TOP FIVE WINners for this period are:
5) jbm02 . . . . . . . . . . . . . -2.34%
4) TimonTracy. . . . . . . . . -2.40%
3) karliebug. . . . . . . . . . . -2.43%
2) collins316 . . . . . . . . . . -2.86%

And (drumroll) our Number One WINner is:
1) asktriplets. . . . . . . . . . -3.35%

:cool1: Congratulations to asktriplets, Bernie, Kelly, Tracy, Jude and ALL of Donald's WINners! :cool1:

We are off to a great start and let's keep on WINning! :thumbsup2

If anyone still wants to report their measurements for this period, please do. I'm happy to help you track your progress whether or not you are able to get your numbers in before the results are posted.

Okay Donalds, it was very nice of us to give Mickey a chance to win the week so they don't lose their motivation but time to take it back!!!!:cheer2::cheer2:

Those Healthy Habits just have to be PMed in. You don't have to have had all 21 or even a perfect 7 on any one of them. Even if you only have a ONE for the week, send it in!!!

:cheer2::cheer2:We are here to be motivated to lose (or maintain) weight and stick with healthy habits so lets get the posting back and keep the motivation going!:banana: Mickey has over 100 more posts than we do-- Let's hear some more chatter! :surfweb::hyper2:

For a few minutes anyway.

I'm sorry. Today was way more busy than I anticipated. Went to work, filled out application and had a quickie interview at Molly Maid. Came home, got tax stuff straightened out. Then walked the dog real quick. Somewhere in there was supper , and then off to church for my usual Weds. night RCIA class.

Don't have time for replies, because i gotta be up at 5:30am and I like to write novels. I promise to do my best tomorrow on my last day. This has not been the coaching week I envisioned.

OK, I'm kind of winging it for this 1. Had all the others planned out but never thought of a last question. So we'll kind of build on Weds.

Take a look at your equipment list. If EVERYTHING on it was lost, how would this affect you? How would it change your routine until you could replace it all?

Good Thursday morning Team Donald

I finally have my last day of exams today. I am giving 2 in a row today which makes for a long morning. I want to finish up my marking period grades today. Exams are all graded except for the ones today. The only good thing about two in a row is I can't get down to the goodies in the cafeteria. Less temptation.

:cheer2::cheer2:We are here to be motivated to lose (or maintain) weight and stick with healthy habits so lets get the posting back and keep the motivation going!:banana: Mickey has over 100 more posts than we do-- Let's hear some more chatter! :surfweb::hyper2:

I agree with LTS We need to get back in the game. We can do this. ANyone who is just skimming theis thread, please post. You don't have to do all the multi quotes like some people do. Just tell us how your day was. How you did on your plan to get healthy.

On the same note. How is your journaling coming on the Team Challenge. I have journaled everyday except for Sunday. The last couple of days I have gotten them into Sparkpeople to get my full calorie count.

I have to go and finish breakfast and to my last day of exams.

Have a happy and healthy day. Last day before weigh ins.

My whole post just went poof!!!!:confused3:confused3

I'm ususllay guilty of lurking/skimming without posting. :surfweb: But for those, like me, who can't post from work, we're still with you!! (we ust have to rely on our email notices to follow along during the day!!:goodvibes)

I'll try to re-post after work today. Grrrr!!!! Off to work now. Have a gret day!!!

I'm guilty of skimming. For today, my plan is partially to remind myself all day that I am 79 days away from sitting on a beach in the carribean (in a bathing suit YIKES) and while it seems far away, it's not that much time to hit my goals. I will be eating only what I have packed for the day and I will go to the gym!

Good morning teammates!! Congratulations to all the big losers this week, in the weighin, and the WIN, and all who partook in the HH!!:banana::banana: We are all winners for sticking with it on good days and bad days.

A big thank you to Tracey, Connie, and CC for all your hard work.:flower3:

Thank you Rose for hostessing this challenge, and keeping it running smoothly, and Dona our team Donald captain!:flower3:

You guys are all so generous with your time and support.

:thumbsup2 Let's do it Donalds!!!

I'm sorry. Today was way more busy than I anticipated. Went to work, filled out application and had a quickie interview at Molly Maid. Came home, got tax stuff straightened out. Then walked the dog real quick. Somewhere in there was supper , and then off to church for my usual Weds. night RCIA class.
No apologies necessary. You're doing a great job coaching, and we all know real life can interfere with out dis time, so no worries. Hope the interview went well.

Take a look at your equipment list. If EVERYTHING on it was lost, how would this affect you? How would it change your routine until you could replace it all?
Phew, I didn't have too long of a list, but without my running shoes, I'd have to wear my old sneakers which I thought were fine until I actually got fitted for nice shoes, as for the bra, a true necessity, I could do the old fashioned duct tape, but doubt that I would, so I would probably just walk, and not run, for the pen and paper, could use ds's whiteboard for tracking, and maybe the computer.

But for those, like me, who can't post from work, we're still with you!! (we ust have to rely on our email notices to follow along during the day!!
I am so jealous of those who can post from work.

Awesome! I've done every day but saturday, but yesterday was not a very healthy day, but I wrote it all down, 4 granola bars, peanutbutter pretzels, and cheddar rice cakes half a bag, :confused3 I think I need to work any further snow days. It's not good for my waistline. Though I did do 75 min of wii fit, and my arms are sore from shovelling, so that helps.

Especially for snow on the roof.

10 weeks to go. DS is now crying b/c my DH took down the gate around the television and he wants to go back there, but my DH just told him no. Maybe I should leave the two of them here and go to work :rotfl:
sometimes it is easier to go to work. ;) the roof snow had me anxious yesterday, and it looked like there was a dip in my roof, but of course it was just the way the snow drifted, but I think watching the news had me freaked out a bit, so I climbed up into the attic via a chair and foot stool atop 4 chairs side by side, which was stupid, but I had to reassure myself. Silly. But it's fine, and my house is still standing. I wonder what I would have been like if I was still in my old flat-roofed condo.:rotfl2:

We just got Netflix as a family Christmas gift. Anyhow, that annoying "Fred" movie is actually pretty funny, if you can get past his AWFUL voice. DS saw it on Nickelodeon a few months ago. Somehow I got conned into watching it with him. I felt really bad when Fred got bullied, but overall it was a funny movie.
Thanks. I think I will sit and watch it with ds one night. I'm loving netflix. I ordered it sunday, got my first dvd tuesday- Up in the Air, and started watching it, and realized I had seen it already, :lmao: I'm so senile. I did the 10$ plan with 1 dvd and the wii, but there's so many on the wii, and I cut my cable bill down by 40$. I thought michael might have been upset about losign disney and nickelodeon, but he's enjoying the netflix.

Off to work soon, no sun yet, but it's supposed to be a nice, quiet 2 days around here. Yay!! We have cub scouts here tonight, and secretly I'm hoping noone comes.:rotfl: It did motivate me to pick up the house a bit though.

Hope everyone affected by the storms are safe and warm, and all is thawing out now.

I'm looking at a maintain from the scale today, but will push the water today, and maybe see a little loss.

Have a great day!!:)
