So I ate some, probably about the equivalent of a regular piece (I was eating the scraps) and have put all the rest in the freezer. I will tell the kids to take the rest of the scraps from the freezer to school with them for lunch or snacks. By the way did you know that a serving size of cake is TWO (normal sized) cupcakes? I would have assumed it was one. I had no idea. Definitely a good thing to remember.

What equipment do you need to optimise your weight plan? Do you have everything already? If not make a priority list and a plan to acquire whatever is left.
I have picked up just about all the things that I need. I needed some hand weights and got those. Needed a journal and got that. Needed a new refrigerator and got that. And I got the Shred DVD. I need a new sweat band-- yep I rock the 80's look when workout,

We have discussed joining the Y again but for now have decided against it. Swimming is my favorite exercise (no sweat!) and the best for me with my foot issues but the time we want to go is when they are busiest and there would only be one swim lane open so probably not worth it. DH is going to join the gym right near his office. He gets a work discount and his boss works out there at lunch so if he is late getting back the boss won't care!

I absolutely cannot stand the summers down here, its so hot you don't even want to go out of the house. Plus it is so much prettier up there especially in that area than anything down here.
One of the main reasons we want to move is that we are both outdoorsy small town lifestyle laid back people and there are just way to many people around here and nothing to do, for us anyways.
We just got married and are trying to start our lives together but there is just not much happening for us here (case in point: I have been trying to get a job in my profession for 7 months and the best I have gotten is a part time as needed sub job) and I think maybe a change can be a good thing.
It sounds like you do have some pretty compelling reasons to move. Jumping out of your comfort zone can be hard but is very survivable. I got married on a Sunday, we packed the moving van on Monday and on Tuesday I left all my friends and family in Illinois for Texas. We had very little money and no where to live and I was terrified. But it has all turned out fine and I wouldn't live in Illinois again if it were the last place on earth! But I hated TX too. Love being in the Southeast.
Dh went out to get some ice cream and he offered me some. I took a small spoon and didn't even fill it up. Just to have a taste. He was surprised that was all I took. I told him "I spent 30 minutes on the bike this afternoon I am not going to blow it."
The funniest show we have seen is Brad Sherwood and Colin Mochre from "Whose Line is it?" It is truely the funniiest 2 hours you could ever see. they are coming back to this area but we are taking the boys to see Ryan Stiles and a coupleof other guys from the show to see what they have offer. I am sure that it is just as funny.

We love Who's Line is it Anyway! That is one reason why I could never do Weight Watchers again-- DH would just keep saying to me "The points don't matter"!

UGH, I think Jillian is screaming at me. I better go and get my sweatband and cause myself some pain.
Everyone drink lots of water today and make some great healthy choices !
(and stay away from the cake AND the tortilla chips)
