The master spreadsheet is broken up by weeks and months. Right now I'm filling October and the first 2 weeks of the month, depending on what people post.
What I'd like to see from you is the week of October 1-7, the 8-14, 15-22, and 23-31 since October is a long month.
For each week I am looking for a total mileage from you, run, walk, bike, swim, the total distance you covered in your exercise. I'm also looking for total time in hours for run, walk, bike, swim, lift, yoga, whatever the exercise is.
I put these in the master sheet when people post their numbers.
And it has gotten a lot more quiet here with our team, and I see the same thing has happened in all the teams. We all started in February, and it has been a while, and a few high quality folks have slipped away, likely tired of having to document and report their miles and hours. Don't let that discourage you please, we still have a critical mass of people, and we're doing very well, approaching 15,000 miles, with about 2.5 months left in the year.
