TEAM #6: OHANA-No One Gets Left Behind:Post your miles/hours here

Good morning team Ohana,

I recently joined the awesome Ohana team and was sent here to post my walking minutes. Rather than weekly, I'm used to tracking/accumulating my daily minutes for the month. My goal for July is 1400 minutes and I've already completed 165 minutes.

Keep it going everyone!

Have a fun and safe 4th of July!

I am posting for this week early since we will be in the car all day tomorrow, sooooo...

202 minutes
15.8 miles (run/bike)

10.5 miles / 118 min

Another low week for me. Things just keep getting in the way. Next week probably won't be great either because I'll be on vacation (and running in San Juan in July just doesn't sound appealing), but I promise to improve after that! :)

Hi Ohana mates. I have a new player coming over to join you. Please welcome Aimb. She is training for a 10K in Aug and the Half next year.

Visiting Panda:hippie:

Not quite the week I wanted, but OK I suppose.

12 miles / 125 minutes

Here are the miles/hours for this week. Low b/c my ITB is still acting up. I will take a few days off this week too. Want to get better b/4 marathon training starts up...not that I have a marathon I am planning to run.

Miles: 34miles and 1000 yrds
time: 10

I think that is the lowest yet. You can look on my WO blog to get what I did this week....if you want.

Sorry just no time to catch up.

I had great intentions this week but the holidays caught up with me...:beach:

Here's what I did manage to do. Hopefully next week will be a bit better, I really need to ramp up my miles (and speed) so I can finish the DL 1/2 and still be standing at the end. I did lots more walking this week-- too beat after carrying DD4 home from several fireworks displays.

miles: 25.5
minutes: 5 hours and 55 minutes

July 1 30 min Pilates, 30 min walking
July 2 3 miles 44.5 min
July 4 2.51 miles 35.5 min

Totals: 5.51 miles run, 140 min

For the week June 28 - July 4th:

Dennis -- 18 miles/255 minutes

Maria -- 7 miles/105 minutes

Ok, explain to me why when we have company Dennis's miles and minutes go up, and mine go way down...I think we're going to have to work on equal "shelving" of workouts!

Go Team Ohana!
Maria

Here with my oh-so-embarassing total of 86min, 2mi... I need to get my mojo back!!

Hey everyone! Thanks for letting me join your team! My name is Aimee, and I'm a new runner training for a 10K in August and the Princess half marathon in March.

Off to figure out how and when to post miles/minutes!

Linda and I did my longest walk since surgery today(2.65 miles) of which 1st .6 miles without my brace:banana:

Linda: 20.5 Miles(10 hrs)
Robert 20.5 Miles(11 hrs)

Good morning and happy Monday.

I got my week off to a good start and walked 80 minutes this morning. My walking buddy was hurt'n a bit, so we walked a little slower than usual. My total for July is 325/1400

Jeanne:

Nancy

Thanks, Erica!

WELCOME, AIMB! :welcome:

This is the thread for posting miles and minutes. Most of us report our activity from Saturday thru Friday and then I record it on the spreadsheet. Don't worry that the spreadsheet is on a slightly different time schedule......if you report it on a weekly basis, I'll make sure it all gets posted and even though it may be allocated to the wrong month, it will all even out in the end.
That said, there is another Ohana thread (Check-in and Introduce) and that is where we all chat and get to know one another. Ohana is an awesome team! Please pop in over there, introduce yourself and them just jump into the conversation. We are so glad to have you in the family!
