Here are my numbers for the week. I ended up doing a lot of biking this week, some at Disney & more than normal at home. Not so much with the running, yoga, or strength training. (*sigh*) I'm hoping tomorrow's LR goes smoothly and that next week I'm in my regular WO groove.

I'm continuing to donate some miles & minutes to Robert & Linda, so I'm just providing the bottom line. I'm also donating miles & minutes to Dave & Erica because of Erica's surgery today. To make it fair, I just took all my running & walking miles & split them four ways. I'll just send the donations for Dave & Erica directly over to Hakuna Matata, so there's no need for you to do anything for them, Jeanne.
P.S. Mel, I think the weeks are generally organized from Saturday to Friday, but some people are recording according to their Garmins, training logs, etc. Don't stress about it.
