OK, here are the grand totals.
Miles are a little off, but the hours rock...this shows I wasn't slacking this week. With all the shows, it was hard to get the biking in...running is just easier....I also did 2 days/2 miles of swimming. That is lots of work for not many miles...but gotta do it for the tri.
Sorry about the late posting, but yesterday was a 500 mile day and we did not get back until 11:30 PM. To bad we don't get miles for driving to our events.
This week - 8.48 miles.
Time of 3:25
I included my diving time, but did not know how to calculate the feet. I did not want to include negative feet since we were down 80 feet.
This was the first week of my self imposed excerise vacation. It's working because I'm starting to look forward to getting back on the road. Just one more week before I start running again.
55min walk / 3.34miles
2hr vb
25min walk / 1.6miles
15min bike / 3.87miles
30min lower body weights
10min walk / 0.65miles
30min walk + RUN (woo, finally!) / 2.05miles
50min upper body weights
You guys never cease to amaze me! Great job again this week! I love the fact that we all have different strengths....some of us really rack up the miles, some the minutes, and of course we have a few star athletes that consistently do both. What a fabulous team.....I love you all!
I'm on vacation from this Friday until next Saturday. It is doubtful I'm going to get in exercise as it is my Spring Training Road Trip vacay & last year we ended up driving 850 miles in the car! Wait.....can I count those car miles this time around???
Here are my totals:
Miles - 68.02
Hours - 11:56.21
Like always, you can see where they came from on my BT site. Will be kinda tapering next week for my tri so the miles may be lower.....but I am trying to meet the goal of
100 miles running
200 miles biking
for the month of March...so I cannot slack too much.
Going to bed now...biking the tri course tomorrow and may run the run course if I have time.....
I've been taking it kinda easy to allow my left knee to recuperate. I don't know if I'd been pushing it too hard, or if this is the start of things to come when you're 46. The knee is definately better, but not 100%. I"m going to start putting miles back on again to get ready for the Minnie.
