TEAM #6: OHANA-No One Gets Left Behind:Post your miles/hours here

For last week, I had 7 miles, and 2 hours 45 min.

for this week, we are in the parks, so I won't get in any biking or running, but plenty of walking.;)

Low numbers for me this past week because of the back pain :(

8mi, 100min

Week ending 5/16

9 hours
13.45 miles

doing walking, biking, PT, weights, and softball (which gives me an "easy" 4.5 hours a week now, if you consider playing until 11pm at night easy).

For the week ending 5/16,

229 minutes and 15.0 miles

I apologize for the delay. I had thought I had already posted, then thought maybe not, and then could not find a post from me, so here it is...

really low numbers for me this week also......I guess I was busy with other stuff!

5.25 miles; 3:30 :scared1:

still waiting for reports from Corinna, Ashley, Jim and Kelly. It's been several weeks that we have not heard from Kelly and Ashley......anybody know if everything is OK?

This may sound cheesy..but, does WiiFit exercise count toward totals? It keeps track of the actual minutes you do as you go...and in MHO, its really exercise...I had worked up a sweat by the end of it!

Oh I am definitely counting it towards my minutes - it's exercise! I've read some people include stretching in their minutes (I don't personally) so I am definitely including Wii Fit time!

My numbers for 5/17-5/24:

148min, 9.61mi

Another small week for me. I'm hoping for more running time next week!

Erica did her first mile today on her own with shoes even. Thank you so much for contributing for her while she was injured.

You are a wonderfull and beautiful princess inside and out, Erica and I are proud to call you "friend".

Dave

Miles: 11.6

Hours: 3:30

Sorry I was late, but I was out of town for the race and forgot what my hours were for the week. This coming week I will be much higher as I had my 1/2 marathon with double miles... wooo hooo!

All of last week, we were at Disney World, so I have no hours or miles to report.

I guess I'm late also:

10:27 miles; 7:55

I have recorded everyone's activity but you will not see it posted on the spreadsheet until next week. I need to combine 2 weeks to get back on track with the spreadsheet dates so we should end May with a big bang. I'm sure everyone agrees it is easier to keep track of the miles on a weekly basis, right? So if you haven't posted for last week yet, please get those miles/minutes to me.

Robert/Linda: any activity of your own to report yet? Hope the knee is mending nicely.
