Could anyone provide me with information regarding tea with Wendy? Is there an age limit? Do the girls dress up?

Hi - My DD and I attended the Tea With Wendy on our Feb. 8/02 cruise. She was 9 at the time. I don't know if there is an age limit but there appeared to be kids from about 3 - 10 or so. It took place in Studio Sea and we were seated at a small round table with chocolate chip cookies and iced tea in small teapots. Wendy chose two boys to sit up front with her to help demonstrate how to pour the tea, sip it, etc. using proper manners. My DD loved it. It was very short, perhaps 30 minutes or so and there was the opportunity for pictures with Wendy afterward. The chocolate chip cookies are so fantastic -- that alone is a good reason to go.... You do need to get tickets (free) ahead of time although it didn't seem to be too full when we went.

There was no age limit when we were there in May. I took my 1.5 year old daughter and my 6 year old. It is short, but Wendy was adorable and the kids loved it. The tea is held on two different days and you need tickets to get in. It was full when I went and I know that all the tickets were given out. Sometimes people will get tickets for all their family memebers to go, and then only a couple of them will show up. That is why not all the seats look full even though all the tickets are given out.
