Not sure I understand your question. During the Magical beginnings that ran thru Oct, Alice and the Mad Hatter would sometimes ride the Tea cups with a guest. I think they did it several times a morning. IF they do it now I think it would be a random thing.

I have had my picture taken with Alice and Tweedledee and Tweedledum outside the teacup ride. That was a while back though.

Queen of Hearts and White Rabbit also do meets near the Teacups ride (or at least did so as of when I was there last in June)

Mad Hatter and Alice are there daily in the morning. I believe the Tweedles are also there. The Queen and White Rabbit may also appear once in awhile.
