It looks like that I am going to have to give up coffee, it just gives me such indigestion I'm miserable.
I've even been using the Simply Smooth decaffenated by Folgers. It's just not simply smooth for me.
So, after a cup of tea this morning and no indigestion, I've decided that I'm just going to have to become a hot tea drinker. I had plain ole Lipton today but was wondering.....
What kind of hot tea do you like and would recommend to a newbie? I'm not fond of flavored drinks like Koolaid or flavored iced teas, but I do like lemon in my tea. I saw Twinings and Earl Grey at the grocery store but thought I would ask the experts that I know are here on the DIS.
