I don't know if any of you remember my problems when I travelled with TCD to Orlando over Easter. It was hell for the first few days to say the least.
Good news! They have settled our compensation claim without any hassles whatsoever. I know their customer service department has a lot to be desired by telephone but by snail mail they have been prompt and very efficient.
In view of this, I would use them again without hesitation.
To all of you out there who are still worried about them, then don't. Stay calm when things go wrong. Be firm and polite to their staff in Orlando and make sure everything is documented.
I am off to Universal Mediterranea in August and have done a DIY for this holiday so will have only myself to blame if things don't work out. I will be staying at Hotel Port Aventura so if anyone out there has any hints and tips for me I would be grateful.
