Anyone got an idea how much taxi to IDrive from POFQ would cost

It depends whereabouts on I-Drive. We got a taxi from the Beach Club to the South end of I-Drive (near Sea World) last October and that cost us around $30. For the North end, I suspect it would be nearer $40.

On the Mears website there is a taxi fare estimator:

Just checked the cost of Epcot to Pointe on I-Drive and it says $25.75 plus tip (each way).

If you get the taxi from Downtown Disney would save a few $$.

Another (cheaper but longer), option is to get the Lynx bus (route 50) from either the TTC or DTD to Seaworld. You can then jump on the I-Ride trolley to anywhere on I-Drive, Universal Boulevard or down to the Premium Outlets Mall:

Thanks that just what I needed to know if we do have an afternoon shopping and my DD (24) wants Abercrombie & Fitch type shops and I want a really good book shop where is the best place to go along I drive ?

If you are only planning an afternoon shopping I would go to the Florida Mall. It's a little further than I-drive, so the taxi would be a little more but there are so many shops to chose from (including book shops and an Abercrombie shop ) and a number of large department stores and a large food court
