Taxi to MK

If you take a taxi to MK, where does it drop you off?

Also, are there always taxis waiting at the resorts (onsite) or do you need to call ahead?

I am not sure about taxis to MK, but you can get one to the Contemporary and walk over. Staying at POFQ we have seen taxis waiting in the lot. The best bet might be to check with the concierge or front desk to see if you can make arrangements ahead of time.

Not sure where it drops you, should be somewhere slightly further than buses (not too overly far away). They're not always waiting, but you can ask the attendant right at the front of resort to order one and the wait is often ~ 5 minutes.

If you tell a taxi to take you to the MK, they'll drop you at the TTC, then you have to take a boat or monorail over to the park. The closest you can get to the MK via taxi is to be dropped at the Contemporary and then walk over.

ETA: We just took a taxi from BWI to the Contemporary to get to the MK last month. There is no need to arrange a taxi ahead of time. If Bell Services will call one up when you need one and they'll typically arrive within 5 minutes.
