taxi from CR to YC

Would anyone be able to tell me approximately how much it would cost to take a taxi from the CR to the YC? How much time should I allow for the trip? Should I call ahead or will there be taxi's at the CR. According to the "distance" chart, it is ~ 7 miles. I always use the DT, but time will be important, and I think the taxi would be my best bet. Thanks for any help you can give me.
