Taxi/car service with 2 car seats?

Hello everyone,
We'll be relying primarily on Disney transportation for our upcoming trip (so we're not bringing our car seats) but I was wondering if it might be a good idea to take a taxi or car service back to our hotel (AoA) after dinner at Ohana so we can get the kids to bed at a decent hour. Our kids are 2 and 3 so they would both need carseats and when I looked into Uber family in DC a couple of years ago they only had one car seat per car.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a taxi/uber/car service that would have two car seats?

Thanks!

Last year we were there with our 5 year old and 2 year old and used what is called a Sit N Stroll (see signature pic), it is a car seat with wheels essentially to operate as a stroller, we used this for our 2 year old so we could get in and out of Uber and had a Bubble Bum for the 5 year old.

I bought this second hand on ebay and had it shipped to my hotel (offsite)

Yeah we have this dilemma with our toddler this trip, last trip and our Oct trip. We are not a fan of the Disney transportation with the little ones because there isn't always a seat and people don't give up even if there is a baby in your hands. In Dec I was holding him and being thrown all over, and I am from NYC and used to public transportation. I also don't feel safe without a carseat on Magical Express. I mean that's just me and plenty people do it with no problem. I guess I am paranoid, and I guess anything can happen in a car too. Our LO was only 13 mos last trip so that might have been the reason too. We decided to just fork over $200 and rent a car this trip. We can stop for groceries and diapers too. It only comes out to a little more then a car service round trip depending on the deal and the car category.

That being said if you do not plan to rent I would just take Magical Express. Car seats from cab companies are terrible, and it may be even more of a hassle with two kids. ME will take your luggage and you can just go which is nice. Then on the Disney buses try and get on first so the kids can sit!!

I'm with the pp. I will be renting a car for our trip. It was only $80 for 8 days so that was a no brainier.

Maybe you can call some local companies and make them aware of your needs and see if they can accommodate?

You can get the bell hops to call you a taxi with how many car seats you need. We had a van with 2 cat seats and a booster seat come pick us up once at ASMu and WL.

If you are ok with using WDW transport for the rest of your trip, I would not bother with something different for that one night. I would take the monorail over to the MK and grab your bus back to the resort. Unless you leave right at closing time, it should not be too crazy on either the monorail or the buss.

Not to hijack this post, but do you mind sharing how you got such a great rate? I've been playing around with estimates for our next trip, and prices are crazy! Our trip will likely be 10-11 nights, but, for example, Costco's price is $450 for their cheapest option! Yikes!

I used the Vegas Brazil contract ID combined with a coupon code.

This. By the time you get to the taxi stand and wait for a taxi with 2 car seats you could probably be back on the bus to AoA.
