DH called last week and was told they are being mailed this week

You will not get a seperate form that shows property taxes paid. You will need to use the 2011 Actual Amount(s) from your 2012 Statement.

If you have a mortgage thru DVC, you will receive a Form 1098 in the mail showing mortgage interest paid. We received our 1098 today.

IF you itemize, yes. you can deduct (actual) property taxes paid during the year.
