Taste of Rome

Has anyone ever done this tour before? We like it because it hits our top four sites but I noticed that it is just 2 hours of free time at the Vatican. Would it be possible to get in to see the Basilica during this time? Thanks.

St Peter's Basilica YES, and do it.
Vatican Museum / Sistine Chapel - Probably Not
