Here's my deals for yesterday. I went to 2 different Targets because I was looking for a Wii game that neither had.

With the Guitar hero for $38 I spent just under $100 out of pocket and got around $275 worth of stuff.

Total saved around $175 between clearance and coupons

I did make a few mistakes on the single Kraft dressing and mayo as I had another target coupon for $1 off 2 for both, but I was tired by that point. Also instead of buying the Market pantry 100 cal snacks for $1.96 I could have bought 2 more Nabisco snacks for $.08. But all and all I think I did pretty good.

I had one lady behind me in a rather rude tone tell me "there is no way you have the amount of groceries to match all those coupons"! Then I politely told her the target/manufacter coupon deal. After that she was impressed because on that transaction my total was around $65 but I only paid $18.

I dont know if this was just my target but the target hand soap was clearanced to .86 so i got 3 tubes for .11 each after coupon !!!! Great deal!

Yep, just tried to use the 75 cent target cleaning Q on this soap and they told me it wasn't a cleaning product I even had the manager/supervisor come over and she told me no.

Ok, so just got back from my first rough trip to target. The cashier scrutinized each of my coupons. She told me I couldn't use a target and a manu Q on the same item. She called the manager/supervisor over and she fought me on each and every coupon. It was very tiresome!

I found the Dove deoderant with a free spritzer on clearance for $2.08. I had a $1 target Q and a $1.25 manu Q. She told me I couldn't use both because it was for more than the amount of the item. I asked her to adjust the coupon down. She said "But then you would get it for free!" Um, yeah that's the point. I got her to do it on one and I had her take the other one off.

They also gave me a hard time about buying 5 of the hershey bliss in one transaction. That's fine, I will only buy one at a time from now on. Then she said she thought the target Q was on the bag of bliss because that is what is in the picture. I said it does not specify a size. She said that just seems wrong. I said if it says a size I buy that size - I am not doing anything wrong!

Wow. It was quite stressful. I ended up getting:

-2 Quaker snacks .99ea - two $1 target Q's (adjusted to .99!)
-5 Bliss candy bars .99ea - five $1 target Q's (adjusted to .99)
-1 box of Ritz $2.79 - $1 target Q - $1 manu Q
-Dove deoderant $2.08 - $1 target Q - $1.25 manu Q (adjusted to $1.08)
-Dove 4 pack bar soap $2.78 - $1 target Q - $1 manu Q

So I had them take a few things off, but I still did well.

Yep, just tried to use the 75 cent target cleaning Q on this soap and they told me it wasn't a cleaning product I even had the manager/supervisor come over and she told me no.

There is a 75cent Target Body Wash q that works for these. I found a few of them a couple days ago. If they aren't on the current printer, you can find them at afullcup.com. You have to register, but you can print any Target q that is still not expired, but not up on the Target printer anymore. Gotta love it!

ETA- I was thinking about that Pepsi deal. . .5 6-packs of the 20oz bottles for $15, but then you get a $5 GC. That's basically 30 bottles for $10. . .30cents a piece, instead of the $1.49 they are in the stores here. Just looked. . .these are 24oz bottles! I'm going back in. . .

Love this site -thanks everyone~! I sent DH to target today since it is near his work, he was impressed - Im not totally sure he did it exactly right, and he couldnt "find" the bliss bars - lol!!!

Why are some people saying that they are using a Target coupon, a printed coupon and a manufacturer coupon on the same item? Shouldn't it be just one Target coupon and a manufacturer coupon? Am I missing something?

Also, is there someplace online where I can print out the official Target coupon policy of taking Target and Manuf. coupons on the same items? I anticipate a fight if I try this, LOL!

If the target coupon is for say $1 off 2 mayo, you are buying 2 so you are able to use 2 manufacturer coupons, 1 for each mayo you are purchasing. I hope that makes sense. Unfortunately Target does not have their coupon policy on their website but I know if you go to afullcup.com it's on there. I tried to look it up to copy for you but their website is down.

ETA: There website is back up. This is from an email that someone received from Target guest relations regarding the question on their coupon policy.

When accepting coupons, we use the following guidelines:

- We accept two kinds of coupons: Target-issued and manufacturer-issued.
- We'll accept one Target coupon and one manufacturer coupon for the same item, unless either coupon prohibits it.
- We can't give cash back if the face value of a coupon is greater than the purchase value of the item; in this case, we're able to adjust the value of the coupon to equal the price of the item.
- We can't accept coupons from other retailers, or coupons for products not carried in our stores.
- All valid coupons should be presented to the cashier while you're checking out.

For questions about using a specific coupon, we encourage you to stop by Guest Service and ask to speak with the Guest Service Team Leader. They'll do their best to help while you're in the store. You should be able to print 2 from the Kraft site & 2 from coupons.com.

Well, I just got back from Target highly embarassed. I'm shocked b/c I always go to this store and never had an issue. I wanted to use my kraft and pace coupons so was getting salsa, bbq sauce, mayo, miracle whip, 100 calorie packs and some other things. I was also going to do the wheat thins, nabisco, salad dressing and crystal light deals but they were MUCH more expensive here so not worth it - and now I'm glad I didn't. I got friends, family to print so I had 10 of each. I had it all on the counter and my big pile of coupons obviously in sight as everything was rung through. AFTER it was all rung through, the manager said, I can only take three of each coupon. I advised that this was never the case before and she said well, they should have. So we had to redo EVERYTHING and I had a line of people behind me. It was awful! So just a warning to others.

Hey, I've been lurking on here and taking advantage of everyones great finds. Thanks. One thing I haven't seen mentioned is the Swiffer Debit Card. Today is the last day but for those of you who have time or have already bought your swiffer products this week you may be able to take advantage of this. If you go to swiffer.com they have a mail in form. If you buy $10 worth of swiffer refills between 4/1/09 and 5/15/09 you get a $5 debit card in the mail. If you buy $20 worth you get a $10 card. Today I bought 2 sweeper refills for $8.08 and a wet jet refill for $3.74 and used 2 $1.00 off Q's. I received a $5.00 GC. Then on a second transaction bought 2 more sweepr refills for $8.08 and a duster refill for $5.34 and used another $1.00 Q. I received a second $5 GC. So I spent $22.24 out of pocket, received 2 $5 GC's and will get a $10 GC in the mail. All said and done I will have $25 worth of stuff for $2.24 + tax.

I am doing this deal too! I bought 6 dry refills in one transaction for a total of $24ish. Got $15 in GC back and will get a $10 debit card. Slight moneymaker, altho less so if you consider the stamp cost. Still good - 6 packages of refills for free!!

Just back from my weekly grocery shopping. I think I did okay. I received a $5.00 off $50 today in the mail and applied that. I used the kraft $1.00 for BBQ sauce that was on sale for.99 I printed my coupon from smartsource for a few other ones also. I bought the kraft mac and cheese individual containers and used the bogo coupon so I bought two for .89. I bought two cool whips for $1.02 after the $1.00 off coupon. also bought the kraft sliced cheese for $2.79 and used a bogo coupon and got two. Other than that bought the lucky charms on sale for $3.50 for the large box and used the .55 coupon. bought two nice sirloins that were on sale for 10.43 and used my target $1.00 off coupon.. all in all saved some money..

Yes, that happened to me, prices are much higher here, and they also take only a certain # of coupons. This also happened recently at CVS on the Tresemme products deal for each item. I just did one transaction, then got back in line to continue finishing the deal.
A PITA, grrr but still got the deals.
Wondering if this is how it's going to be everywhere in the future?

Awesome!!! I wish I would have thought about the apples. After my Target run today I went to meijers and spent $5 on apples. I may have to go get some later this week. Can I ask where the purrell coupons came from?

There was a link on here a few weeks back. you can print 2 per printer. Which is great because i have 4 in my home then my dads business! I cant remember the site. Hopefully someone can post the link. I got it from the original walmart/Target thread.
