Target REDcard Prescription Reward Question

I understand that you get a voucher for an additional 5% off after you fill 5 prescriptions. Does this have to be 5 different prescriptions or could it be a medicine that I get filled every month, after 5 times? Thanks!

It can be something you fill every month. You can also put all memebers of your household on the same rewards account.

Any 5 prescriptions that you swipe your card for - new or refills, doesn't matter.

You don't have to have a REDcard (debit card or credit card) either, there's a new rewards card that is just for prescriptions. It's totally free and takes like 2 minutes to sign up at the pharmacy check-out.

FYI - you cannot use this benefit if you get your prescriptions through a government program (Medicare or Medicaid) because of federal law. Also, you cannot use the 5% off on prescription purchases, just Target store purchases.
