Target Mobile coupons?

Have any of you used the Target Mobile coupons? Are they the same coupons as the printable coupons? Do the cashiers give you a hard time when you use them? I have a "regular" non-smartphone, do you think it would be a problem? (It didn't say anything about needing a smartphone)
