Target coupon question

So I bought the Target Baby Box, but I had no use for the coupon, so I decided to list it up on eBay. The coupon is for $10 off a $50 purchase of wipes, diapers, etc. It says it is a category coupon and it expires Dec 31.

The listing is ending very soon and it is currently at $19.50. I know that you can use it twice, once online and once in the store. But that would only add up to a $20 discount. Am I missing something? Can the coupon be used more than twice? Why would someone pay almost more than the actual discount?

And as a side note, I am selling things right now for charity, so the money I make from this will be donated.

I did get paid and I did mail the coupon with tracking. I have as much protection as any other seller who has a buyer claim they never received the item.
