Yes, there are more printable coupons than mobile ones. But they usually only do mobile coupons for fresh fruit, veg, and meat, which I really like! Also, you can print two target coupons per computer, but mobile you can only use once. (You can get more mobile by using friends phones & texts but that's a long story).

Yes. On the cartwheel website you can print out your cartwheel. I do that when I have mobile coupons, saves me having to open another app in line. Lines at our Target are always so long and I really don't want to irritate the people behind me taking forever.
