So my DH has been acting a little strange this week! - But in a good way. He bought me a dozen red roses a couple of days ago and surprised me with them and a really romantic card. He used to do this sort of thing all the time until we had kids! LOL!
Then today he had me call and cancel our kids eye appoinments for tomorrow. I was wondering what was going on and kind of getting upset, since it takes weeks to get into that dr's office. Then he tells me that we are going to the MK tomorrow - my fav park, and that we are eating dinner in Cinderella's castle!!!

I am sooooooo super excited.
My husband is not very sneaky or good at planning surprises at all. We can't keep a secret from each other for anything. But I have a feeling he's up to something.
When we first decided to get married, we literally decided while sitting on the beach in Venice, FL. It was very romantic, but no surprises. We just talked about how we wanted to grow old together, we didn't believe in divorce, and what marriage means to us. We went ring shopping together, and I helped pick out my ring. He had to put it on hold, and it took him several months to pay it off, so here I was telling everyone I was engaged, and they would look down at me hand and be like - ya, right! It happened so fast, that most everyone thought we were kidding around. But then about 4 months later, he took me to the park at Lake Ella, and got down on one knee. He was so nervous that I think he was only able to stutter out - "Will you marry me?" I hit him on the arm b/c I thought he was totally playing around, and just trying to embarrass me, until I looked down and saw the ring in his hand. I said yes, and we kissed, and that was that.
Ever since then, I have always teased him that I wanted some big romantic production, just b/c it is totally out of character for him. He gets embarrassed so easily and is really shy. He hates to make a scene or spectacle. But now I totally think he is up to something b/c he had me trying on anniversary bands back around Christmas and in Jan. I wanted a Mickey one, but we couldn't find anything that matched my ring. And I love, love, love the castle - and we have never had the chance to eat there. So here I am wondering and secretly hoping he might surprise me tomorrow!
