Wow, all of your pics are beautiful, but this one's my favorite! Something about the yellow combined with the lighting is just gorgeous! You can't go wrong with any of them though! Great job!:thumbsup2

I might be crazy to even suggest it - BUT the FL resident discounts are making the cruises really affordable. I could change my cruise to a 4 day cruise in Sept. for less money than the one I have reserved in Dec.

I still need a crinoline, my dress altered, and both Dan's and Drew's tux pants altered - but that is pretty much it. Oh, and I need someone to babysit my 3 dogs. I might be able to talk my mom into it. I really don't want to board them. They have never been boarded for more than 1 night before.

That's all I can think of. Well that and some spending money.

Also, I found out that I do not need passports, so that saves me $200!!

I emailed Bree and asked her if there is a spot open on that sailing for our vr.

The other crazy thing is that is like the WORST time of the year for hurricanes. And I was too cheap to buy travel insurance - so that is a bit of a risk.

Should I even attempt such a thing? Am I completely crazy?

I think if you get more bang for your buck than go for it! :)

There are pros and cons to everything though. For me I know I'd be obsessivly watching the weather for any possible tropical depressions! :rotfl2: Then again, the Floridian part of my family is afraid it might be too cold to go swimming in Dec! :santa:

It's up to you, and what's best for your family. Good luck and let us know what you decide! :goodvibes

If you go in Sept...get the travel insurance! DF, mom, dad, and I went on a cruise in Feb. There was a huge snow storm and we were going to be stranded in Orlando with no place to go...There could be worse things-but I had to get back to school. (my final semester, was going to be out for 2-3 MORE days before the airline that we booked could get us home) We found flights on another airline and go out ahead of the storm. THE BEST PART IS THAT OUR TRAVEL INSURANCE PAID FOR OUR TRIPS BACK HOME IN FULL!

Just my experience...It's like AAA...When you least expect it...you need it...

First off, thanks to everyone for the congratulations! Graduating college was a huge deal for me!

Now on to the VR stuff...

We decided not to move our date. I didn't want to feel rushed trying to get things done. Plus the weather is a major concern. Another concern is my ankle. I don't think that I will be able to walk in heels in a month when I am still in the fracture boot right now.:headache:

And yet another concern is my Grandmother. She is a tough old bird and has been hanging in there. But she is getting worse, and I just don't know what will happen to her. I don't want to be out on the water when she passes. And I won't feel like celebrating anything if she passes right before hand either.:sad1:

So...we are keeping our original date and original plans!

Here is some of the stuff that I have been working on since graduation.

We have moved the kids into one room b/c we are going to have to move the studio into our house. It sucks, but we can't afford to pay the high rent downtown anymore. The rent has gone up recently, and they have now asked us to pay more expenses for other utilities. All of this combined with our tough economy means we can't afford it any more. Plus, after the accident, we had to turn down a lot of jobs and several weddings.

So to make the kids happy, we split the room in half. We painted Kenzie's side of the room purple and did a Disney wall. If you ever go into Home Depot where they sell the Disney paint, they have ideas and themes. So we did the Aurora bedroom. It looks really cool. Check out the pics.

And a couple of my princess, b/c she is too cute!princess:

I have also completed my silk floral arrangements for our at home reception. I have four of these, and they will all sit in little tiki torches. They are about 3 ft high, and about 2 and 1/2 ft. when in the ground. I think that I am going to paint the torches white.

I have also completed both mickey shaped kissing balls. I still have to make the base for them. I want them to stand up like the tiki torches, but I want to try and bring them on the ship as well. So they need a base, since I can't stab a ticki torch into the ship deck! :rotfl:

The angle I took this pic makes that first mickey look a little funny. But it is a true hidden mickey shape.
I have also gotten floral garland to go with all of this. I want to hang it on the gazebo out at the park.

I still want to get fresh flowers to put in the vases on the tables too, since those will be the ones next to the guests.
I also ordered mickey shaped balloons off of ebay. Just like the ones in the Celebrate ads. I got pink, light blue, dark blue, and purple.

We are getting to where we are almost all set! I am getting excited!
