I want to take my kids when we go. I read they have to be 8 and over 90 pounds. How strict are they on weight. My daughter is 11 and only weighs 60 pounds. My other daughter will be almost 9 and not quite 60 pounds. But since we are going tandem does it matter since I am way over 90? Don't want to get them excited if they won't let them go. I don't know too many 8 year olds that are 90 pounds.

They have to be 8, and the total weight has to be at least 90 and cannot be more than 375. So if they are under 90, they must tandem, but in my experience they usually make people go tandem unless they clearly weigh far more than 375 together. Have a great time!
