Due to some changes we ended up with needing an additional TS ressie.

DH wanted to try Chefs de France and we were able to get a 7:30 reservation. We will have our kiddos with us (5, 3 and 8 mo) who are very well behaved or they get yanked. And it's my birthday dinner to boot! :)

What is your fav entree? What is yummy? We've never eaten here so just wanting some comments.

TIA!

Hello,

I love Chefs! I have eaten dinner there many times. My favorite is the "French Menu" special that includes french onion soup, baked chicken with these delicious basil mashed potatoes and creme brulee. I have also had the baked macaroni & cheese (adult version). The onion flatbread is delicious too. It is soooo good! My husband has also enjoyed the beef dish there. Honestly, we have loved everything.

One thing to note is my daughters hated the children's cheeseburgers. They were served on a brioche (sp?) roll and not a typical American burger.

We ate there last April and it was very nice. We probably won't have to go there every trip, but we would go back.

I had the "French" menu and it was very good. The chicken is very "herby" which I was not crazy about, but it was okay. On the other hand, DH's macaroni au gratin was absolutely delicious! The creme brulee was also quite yummy. We had excellent service as well. Usually dessert is my favorite part of the meal, especially creme brulee, but in the case, my favorite was the French Onion Soup..it was FABULOUS!! I thought it might be a bit "stuffy" but it wasn't at all. It was very relaxed and lovely. Enjoy!

The Black Tiger Shrimp & Scallops :worship: I could've licked the plate, but I restrained myself :rotfl: As much as I loved that, DD (14 at the time) loved her braised short ribs & DH, my Dad & Stepmom loved their beef tenderloin :thumbsup2 DS liked his cheeseburger on the kids menu.

The French Onion soup was very good, DH loved his escargot, the lobster bisque was a little thin and we couldn't find much lobster. Desserts were all very good :goodvibes

Have a wonderful Bday dinner!

We went there for the first time in November. We liked it so much we went back again on the last day of our trip. We were there for lunch both times. My husband loved the lunch French Menu. It was french onion soup, grilled cheese sandwich, and creme brulee. The macaroni au gratin was very good, but so rich I would have liked it for a side dish. I also had the mushroom flatbread and it was good. The creme brulee and soup were delicious.

(We were down for Food & Wine and "forgot" the kids that trip, so I can't share their opinions!)

Thank you all so much for the suggestions and comments. The Tiger shrimp on the menu looked sooooo yummy glad to hear it was delish.

Michelle... you "forgot" the kids :) LOVE IT!
