Hola! Hope you are hungry, this is going to be a food-filled ride!

I'll be your narrator of this ride. I'm Megan, I'm 23 years young and I'm in college to be a teacher. I'm a cast member over at Disney's Hollywood Studios and I adore it. I did the college program back in 2011 and had a blast.

My fiance, and the other main character in this trip, is Chris! He's 22 and he is active-duty Air Force. He works on big old planes and loves every minute of it. He's a recent Disney convert who is in love with Buzz Lightyear and Sorcerer Mickey.

Our trip dates are from June 22 to July 4, 2013 and during that time, we'll be hosting our fabulous [and yummy] wedding at Walt Disney World.

I'm talking to crickets here! Woo hoo!

Anyway.. Today we are officially headed out on our trip this month! Time to get cracking!

We've been finishing up wedding projects left and right and starting to pack.

Where are we laying our heads?

Well, from June 20th [our arrival date since I have to put in a few more seasonal hours before the rest of the characters arrive...] to June 21st... We'll likely be staying at a value resort!

June 21st to June 27th: We'll be staying at the Wyhndam Bonnet Creek Resort with about 30 of our closest family and friends! This is the pre-wedding part of the trip.

June 27th [Why, that's our wedding day!]: We'll be staying at the Boardwalk Inn for our first married night!

June 28th to July 1st: We'll be resort hopping over to Port Orleans Riverside so we can relax with some yummy treats [like those Beignets I keep seeing!]
images

July 1st to July 4th: We'll be digging it pool-side at the dig pool at Coronado Springs!

July 4th to the 5th: We'll be sad to say "Aloha" at our last resort and night of the trip, Disney's Polynesian. We'll be staying in a theme park view, all the better to see the fireworks with!

One Bite at a Time......

Well, we are big Disney food people. We love it. We'll try anything once, and we've made it a goal to eat everywhere at Disney at least one! This trip we've got a few new reservations but the majority are old favorites!

Hello!

Just popping in to say congratulations. My DH and I will be in the World for much of the same time you're visiting, and we'll be celebrating our 10th anniversary (6/28) with dinner at the Chef's Table. So we have quite a bit in common going on this month.

Sounds like you have a great vacation planned!

Great dining reservations! I'm especially excited to hear how awesome V&A's is!

That sounds awesome! Thank you so much!! I hope you have a great time at the Chef's Table! When we made our reservation, we were told they were closing for three weeks after our night....but I've never seen that said anywhere!

I hope you guys have an amazing anniversary! This is so cool, finding someone that close to our anniversary!

A wind of change may be blowing......

A good friend of mine [who also is a Disbride and is coming to my wedding:lmao:] writes as part of a Disney blog. Her blog is Come Home to Disney. She just posted an checklist of Disney Dining and I saved it to take a look at it! It's been on both DF and I's bucket list to eat at every table service restaurant.

So here's our checklist:

We're taking our list of reservations and comparing the two tonight!

Where would you switch? What would you keep?
