Is this possible? I have a reservation for our plane landing at 1:30 pm, but am considering switching our flight and arriving at 10 am.

Will we be able to board the bus? Do we need to contact them about the change?

We are leaving next Thursday. Would there be time?

It's always a good idea to call DME if there's a change in flight times. As long as you've updated your information, there shouldn't be any problem with your transportation from MCO to WDW.

Arriving earlier you should be courteous and give them a call, honestly, there shouldnt be any issues if you dont call, but it's always proper just to call and update them.

No, for trips FROM MCO, it's not nearly as big of a deal, as the other way. There are lots of people that will take extra time to grab a bite to eat, shop, get luggage, bathroom breaks, get lost etc so lots show up later. They do get an idea of how many to expect during hours so they can schedule, but it's not as critical as a return trip.

It doesn't matter at all if you call, in my opinion. Your DME packet doesn't even list an arrival time for your party. As long as you use it the day you have reserved, you are fine......
