Hi everyone! I know we are able to take soda on board via our carryon but are we able to bring protein shakes? I will be about 8 weeks post op gastric sleeve on our next cruise and wanted to know before I tried. Thanks all

You can carry on any non-alcoholic drinks, so protein shakes should be fine if they are commercially made. I am not sure about homemade, due to restrictions on agricultural products.

Thank you. They would be store bought for sure :)

Yep, as long as they're commercially sealed, you can bring on as much as you can carry on to the ship (they have to be carried on, not put in checked luggage)!

If you are bringing multiple packages (6-pack, etc.), consider duct-taping them together or fitting them into their own sturdy shopping bag. They will be X-rayed at security, and you will have them with you until you access your cabin ~2pm'ish.
