I always took backpacks when I used to go to Cedar Point or Six Flags or any of those type amusement parks and when boarding the rides they had a little cubicle storage thing that you put your bag in and then grabbed it when you got off the ride and for slower rides I just took the backpack on the ride with me. Do they have this at Disney? Can you take your backpack on the rides or do I need something smaller to store things?
What do you use to store all your stuff when you go in the parks (please do not say fanny pack! :crazy2: )

I haven't ridden Expedition Everest yet, but I have never had to leave my backpack behind on any ride. Even Space Mountain and RNR has enough space to put your backpack which I've always loved since there's no worry of someone stealing your backpack. So, as far as I know, you can keep it with you through everything...and will want to since a lot of rides at WDW have a very separate entrance from the queue than the exit.

Hope this answers the question well enough! :teeth:

You can take your bag with you on Disney rides.

There are a few rides at Universal where they provide a locker (free, for a short time) in which to store your stuff. It's a pain in the buttinski.
