Taking a cab to the Belz outlets?

We'd like to hit the Belz outlets one day on our trip but won't have a rental car. Any idea of how much it would cost from the WL and then from Belz to DTD?
Also we need a cab that would hold 5--3 adults, 2 children (ages 2 & 4)--do the van cabs usually park near the resorts or the outlets to pick up fares or would we need to call for one?
Last question--Any idea how long the trip would take from WL and then from the outlets to DTD?

You might be better off renting a car for the day. Two years ago it cost us around $22. for one way plus tip. We took the bus back to the ticket and transportation centre.

the outlets are still there in the same place....but no longer under the BELZ moniker.....a new operation has taken over

We would need a minivan and two car seat rentals, which would run us over $60 for the day.

I think I'll be better off not telling my mom that there is a Birkenstock outlet there
