Takeout at resort restaurants

Do the resort restaurants, such as Jiko, allow takeout? Thanks!

I'm not sure about Jiko, but I have gotten food to go from a resort restaurant, specifically Kona Cafe, a few times. When doing so I saw they had other bags packed to go too.

When we stayed at AKL last year, we called for takeout from Jiko since I was not feeling well enough to go down to the restaurant. The restaurant was able to process our order, though they said it had to be delivered through the room service people. They would not let DH just come down and pick anything up in to-go containers. That could have been because we were staying there though.

In general, no - takeout isn't officially allowed at any Disney table service restaurant. However, people have reported that they have been able to get to-go orders if the restaurant isn't busy and if the CM decides to do them a favor.
