Hey everybody!
The weather here has been soooo wonderful since the storm blew through here the other night! Today - sunny, breezy and 81 degrees. Tonight's low is 60!
I think everybody should pack up (from the vacation home) and come stay at
llebrekniT's! We can grill some foods, eat outside, hang out on the deck. Bring the kids - they can run around and play in the yard and pool. I think we have enough boys of about the same age to get together a little tennis-ball game or basketball or soccer or whatever.
Barb can we use the camper to get everybody down here?
ibouncetoo what is this tissue testing thingie all about?
Sleep 8 hours(yeah, right)
I TOTALLY agree with this thinking<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/7/7_11_4.gif' border=0></a>
Mild daily exercise (been trying to do that)
YUCK! Don't do it!
<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/7/7_5_122.gif' border=0></a><a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/7/7_5_126.gif' border=0></a><a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/7/7_5_121.gif' border=0></a>
Practice some stress reducing techniques (meditation, yoga, etc)
This part sounds OK, put on some calming music? while doing so?<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/7/7_5_134.gif' border=0></a><a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/7/7_1_118.gif' border=0></a>
Eat MORE lean protein......(Crikey, I'm on Atkins...what do they want?)
AW poppycock! That's a bunch of nonsense, don't listen to them! I say enjoy a nice pasta dinner instead<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/12/12_12_5.gif' border=0></a>
NO simple carbohydrates (been working on that)
No good could possibly come from cheating a sweet tooth!<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/29/29_5_27.gif' border=0></a><a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/29/29_5_32.gif' border=0></a><a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/29/29_5_29.gif' border=0></a><a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/29/29_5_1.gif' border=0></a>
Take 8 supplements, 3x a day (and figure out how to pay for them).
How are you supposed to do this? Your first priority MUST be saving for the October trip!<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/10/10_12_8.gif' border=0></a>
Barb, Daniel is 12 (bday in March). At Christmas he wore a size 5.5. In February we bought him new shoes because he was complaining that his feet hurt - he needed a 7! A month later when we got his cleats - a 7.5! I think he has slowed down a little for now. He has not yet had a big growth spurt, no puberty stuff has set in. I will get him new shoes for school in a couple weeks, I bet he'll need an 8. Your kids feet sound perfect to me.
I'm going to tidy up a bit in case company comes....
