last time did you go lighter or darker?? I can't get highlights till I'm at least a freshman my mommy is mean!!

I'm so bored.....I've been sitting here thinking about school. Then I thought about my seventh grade year....then Tylon<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/23/23_5_31.gif' alt='Gorgeous' border=0></a>

he used lame excuses to walk around the school with me while I gave teachers their "morning reports" during my study hall {he was SUPPOSED to be in "health" He was so hot, sweet and funny too!!! But he changed schools when I went into eighth grade...he will be in 12th grade this year!!

he called me back into the "health" classroom one day after I had given Mrs. Palmer {nice sub, lets you get away with ANYTHING!!!} her MR. I hesitated, but finally walked over to the door. he told me that Brandon thought I was hot...which i DIDN'T believe....I HATE Brandon.... but he talked to me for a sec, and said "see you in the halls", lol, and I had to go. Heather was waiting on me.
Every day in the hall after that, he would walk around with Heather and me....Brandon would come too...
I remember one day, he walked out of the room before we had even got started handing out reports, and he "circled" around me, keeping eye contact, and then got no farther than an inch from my right ear, whispered "whats up" and walked by, looking back at me, smiling as he walked off. I miss him!!!!!!

just my memories!!! LoL!!! They are pretty good though

once you start, you'll never stop. only have had highlights twice professionally and the last time, I tried them myself. Not a good move. It's so exensive too. Stay natural for as long as you can!!!!

Try a hat then. Get used to it.

Your momma is wise for not allowing you to do it. Babysit, make
the money and use it to do it. See if that would be allowed.

i went darker last time....i'm thinking about going a LITTLE darker again!! my hair is naturally dark brown, but it is pretty light now....people almost consider me a blonde.

I had hair down almost past my "rear end" {remember rear end carebear?!?!?! } until I was about 6.....then my mom cut it all off!!!!! It was about at my chin!!! I remember crying and crying when she cut it!!! but i got over it, and I'm free to do what ever i want with it now......and I'm ggrowing it out....It's about med. length now, about 5 inches past my shoulders!!!

I got highlights in 5th grade!!! My mom wanted me to, but it was up to me!! and i FINALLY agreed!!!

I LOVE my highlights!!! Had and kept them since 5th grade!!!! they're fun!!! so many colors to chose from!!!!!! they're only about $30-$50, and i love em!!! my friend Dana, a pro, does them. she is fun, and knows what i like, we've known each other for ever....she and my mom met a while back.

when i first got them, she said "don't worry, if you hate it, we can take them out!!" she promised me that if i hated them, she would take them out for free!!!

OMG 5th Grade???? I didn't even know what highlights were in 5th grade.

That's really cheap too. It's 100.00 here and that includes a 7-10.00 tip.

Hahaha, a hat...the only hat I own is my trucker hat and my mom hates when I wear it... believe me, i'm used to hating it...


My brother is a freshman in college, at Villanova. My sister is going to be a senior at a private all girls school. They were both homeschooled until high school. My brother only for one year, since we were all taken out at the same time and it happened to fall when he was going into 8th grade. So, they were, but now I'm the only one...until high school and I'm SOO excited!!!

RickinNYC have you started the new job?

HuggaBaloo where are you and have you had any success with finding something less crazy? Is your contract about up? Seems like it's been forever. Maybe it's only been 3 months.

I have an interview next Wednesday at 7am. A headhunter called me from my resume being on Monster. Not getting my hopes up, I am comfortable where I am (for the most part) and have so much "out" there right now. I wish the company I sent in to Saturday would call me. 3 days a week, from my house, full time pay...just a tad less than what I am making now.

Cheeringmom glad you are all moved in? What say you and billysotherdad about the results of the stress tests you had taken???? Anything, nothing???

nope, i'm only going into 8th. I'm a year younger than BLOOMIE, FPGURL, and ODDBALL


I'll be 14 and a freshman. My birthday is quite early -- february


I actually might have gone to high school next year, since I won one of the 5 scholarships this year, but i decided against it because I need another year of sports!!!
