Seems that there has been much complaining on the TAGLIARCHY. It's just too hot for many. Too many people and their families are sick. So many of us are so busy that we've resorted to skimming! GASP!!!! You get the picture.

I think we all need a summer vacation, and I have just the place for us! It's surrounded by ocean. The average daily high temperature in July is 71 degrees, and it drops into the 50's at night. There are beaches and golfing and fishing villages and lighthouses and food and all that stuff that we TAGLIKINS love--including good beer.

Where, you may ask, are we going????

NCBELLE, would you mind setting up the spa delivery. And I would ask GEFFRIC to please see that the chocolate vault gets sent over and set up.

I'm busy working on docking one of our fleet. This is one of the boats that will shuttle us over to Halifax --

We need to recreate Wishes for 7/4 and have a chocolate night cruise. Did I mention chocolate yet...any Nova Scotia specialities? I need to order "Chocolat" from Netflix for Friday night. :p

Ooh, nice place ::yes:: I'll have a look around and see if there is anything my landscaping boys can get to work on. Where is the pool?

Oh good DANAUK! I would so appreciate it if you could do the pool and landscaping! :hyper:

FROM THE NOVA SCOTIA TOURISM WEBSITE (I'm going to eat fresh scallops until they come out of my ears.)

Hot, steamed lobster with drawn butter . . . oven-warm wild blueberry pie . . . creamy seafood chowders . . . tangy Solomon Gundy. Nova Scotia's cuisine is second to none, and Taste of Nova Scotia is a unique restaurant program that presents our finest and freshest foods from the garden and the sea.
Just look for the distinctive Taste of Nova Scotia logo! It's displayed at participating restaurants that showcase Nova Scotia's rich cultural and culinary heritage - a heritage that includes the diverse cooking styles of the French, English, German, Scottish, and many other people who now call Nova Scotia home.

Savour delicious traditional dishes like Lunenburg Pudding, Acadian Rappie Pie, or Planked Salmon slow-cooked over a hardwood fire. Or discover exciting new dishes based on our superb fresh seafood and farm produce. Ready for dessert? Dig into farmhouse-style strawberry shortcake, blueberry grunt, or deep-dish cobbler made from crisp Annapolis Valley apples.

It's all waiting for you when you look for the Taste of Nova Scotia logo - your assurance of quality Nova Scotian cuisine at its most delicious. As they say on Nova Scotia's South Shore "it's some good"!

Sounds like we need to wear our bathing suits so after we eat our lobster with drawn butter , then we can take a dip in the pool or hot tub. It would not go directly to the hips on this trip.:sunny:

OK, no problems. The boys are working on the pool and surrounding area as we speak. Shall we have a swim up bar like on the island?

Hey everyone! What a great idea. I need a vacation!!!! I've invited Tommy Chong Born May 24, 1938 in Edmonton, Alberta to join us. Hope you don't mind. He's a hoot!

I may have to smuggle some hotties over the border later. Is there anything I can do to help us get settled? No? OK, I think I'll head over to bar & start happy hour a few hours early. This is vacation after all, right?

We need Off Kilter to perform at our parties. Any other good bands for this holiday?

NC Beast likes Molsten (sp ?) beer.

:sunny: There are private cabanas everywhere---for the massage treatments and/or other uses. I ned a stone massage followed by a salt scrub. A manicure and a pedicure will of course follow the treatments. Should I go for pink or lime green nail polish? Champagne and strawberries during my all afternoon beauty overhaul- oops... I mean full spa treatment. Keanu Reeves can fan me like they use to do in the old, old movies.

I need to import some more hotties.
