I hope ohanafamily already answered your PM. I just tried to send you a response and your PM box is full. Anyway, the only thing I can think of is it's missing the -E after the 5930 or the PMB #286. That address is at a UPS Store so I'd think UPS would be able to recognize it.

Whew, finally after 3 days of reading I'm all caught up with your chattiness. Boy I hate getting behind, especially when ohanafamily tells y'all important information that he won't share with me.

I haven't been feeling well the last couple of days. It's either a cold or I'm allergic to something (oak) that's really bad down here. I had to sleep in BIL's recliner last night instead of the guest bedroom. And because of some meds doctor has me on I'm not sure if there's anything I can take. (I left a message but never heard back from his office today.) Please don't turn me into the DB Police because I'm getting on an airplane tomorrow with this crud.

I think we're having leftovers tonight for dinner. We had salmon last night and there's a lot left. We're kind of limited because it's still Passover. We finished off the chicken soup and matza balls last night, but with the way I'm feeling I sure wish we had some left. (I'm sure ohanafamily is going out somewhere for dinner tonight - he doesn't keep it the way I do.

Okay, back to working on scrapbooks with nieces now.

OK I've come here quickly before I post something on a thread that I will regret!! Someone has just made a comment about the way English people dress which I actually found a bit insulting, but I managed to reply in a positive manner agreeing with some elements of the post, but none the less, I was a little annoyed!!


Bichon Barb I don't like horseradish or mayo so would put eggs in neither (OK I admit when I was younger I thought horseradish was actually made from horses!!)

I agree with the skipping post thing. Some times when I get back from work I have 10 pages or more to catch up on!!

Sorry to gloat but have you seen my counter???? I'm in hours now not days .

Well it is getting late so I beter be going to bed soon

. I'll just finish watching Austin Powers on sky movies first (although I have seen it loads of times!)

Since UPS can't find it's own mailbox, I am using good old Pony Express <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/7/7_2_121.gif' alt='Horseback Riding' border=0></a>. But it's Priority Pony Express so it should easily get there by the 15th.

OK I need to complain I work in the morning and I will work a full 8 hours and then some . I invited my sister and her 2 kids for Easter, then I felt like even though I know my other sister wont come I should ask her . Well she said she would come and bring 2 of her kids. So I bought the Honey Baked ham yesterday and I bought for 10 so there would be enough for leftovers. NOW I find out that they are both bringing people with them now I have to cook for 20 people !!!!! I asked if they could bring anything and one said " Sorry no time to cook that is why we are coming to your house" I am all for having people over but gimme a break 20 people ????

Ok I feel better now but I still dont know what to feed everyone.

M4M --- GRRRR!!!!!! What is with these family members who think their siblings were put here to serve and they don't need to lift a finger???

I'm having my DH's brother and his family, and his brother's wife's sister and brother and their families. The difference is, they are bringing some food! The one who is coming early doesn't like to cook, but she wants to help buy groceries tomorrow. I have a couple of easy recipes to feed 10-12 people that aren't that complicated or expensive to fix. Do you want recipes? I'd be happy to try to help out! If you don't want recipes, then I'll send a large dose of PD to help you out.

that is the pits... please tell them .. hey i work to, so you have to pitch in..

or as my grandma used to say" you can always add water to the soup"..

I have lots of easy recipes too but that is not the issue....

Boy that's nervy, inviting their own people without helping out. I'd tell them if they intend to bring people you didn't plan for then they need to pitch in. It's easy enough for them to stop by the store to pick up food - premade is always available - to bring to your house.

But hey, if they refuse to help out this time, next time you're invited to their home for a holiday meal just do the same to them. Maybe they'll see how rude they were and not do that again in the future.

You can whip up a quick salad, get a fruit and melon (or Vegetable plate there too for not too much. I would offer to help cook, but I have to pick up a wife and clean out the dog-house where I will be sleeping for a while....

Danauk, have a magical trip to Paris. I decided I will use the regular post, and I will ask you when I am about to ship which address to send it too...

I got another big box from [COLOR=6600FF]s&ksmom[/COLOR] for the swap. Cool, I liked your idea...something for snses other than taste-buds too, and not too terribly expensive. We have been getting a lot of stuff "From The Heart" which is really cool.....

CourtasanSatine, it is OK, we all really wanted to meet you... but now you will have to mail us the swap stuff....

Bedroom Stereo update. He hooked up one thing wrong, but didn't have time to fix it, so he will have to come back. They did a fantastic job "Updating" our TV set, it looks brand new...VCR broke while he was working on the stereo, but since it is 10 years old I really can't fault him. I will have to get it fixed; it is so old it doesn't have a V-Chip in it, so it will copy protected movies...

I did get a little upset at DirectTV, I had to update my dish, so I had my friend let his tech do it, but he didn't have an HDTV tuner, so off to Best Buy. They sold me the same tuner that DirectTV affered, for more money, and it didn't come with the new Dish or the free installation (like DirectTV's did) and THE MADE ME SIGN A TWELVE MONTH CONTRACT. I let them know I was upset, and they said it was up to the retailer to set the pricing. It doesn't matter, the box is worthless without DirectTV service, but I still complained on principal.

Cheeringmom, A house is a great investment, interest rates are still low. When it comes time to get a loan, I would make sure that there are now hidden fees for making extra payments on the principal. if you make ab extra payment a year, it can save years off of the loan. (look at how the loan is figured, for the first several years each of your payments are mostly interest, and this is when you should pay down your principal...

Oh, and Tigger Fans!, a couple of people have included some post-cards for you, if you would PM me or Nephosaurus with your address, I will be more than happy to forward the (one packet so far, but another on the way) to you, otherwise I will send them back to the sender...
