Good morning everyone, I made us a huge batch of chocolate muffins for breakfast. Help yourselves.

So what do people have planned for today? I am going to do some housework and help Pete build the back wall for our extension that is being built on to the back of the house. Yesterday I chose the paint for the insides, it is called pool blue and is really nice. I think I will go and order the flooring on Monday, I have seen a few I like but need to make a decision. I can't really do much myself until the structure is built really, but then I will be busy painting, framing pictures to put on the wall etc.

ohanafamily I hope you are feeling a bit better this morning and that your sight is getting back to normal. Good luck with the follow up appointments next week. Naughty mom story: I was tired and wanted to go to sleep so I foolishly let Jordan read for "just another 15 minutes" last night and when I checked on him this morning, his light was STILL on and the book was still open next to him....oops......he didn't wake until 9:50am and now wants to go eat at Cinnabons at the mall for "breakfast" .... I ate breakfast hours ago, but hey, I would NEVER turn down a Cinnabon ........sounds like a good plan to me!

Ok, NOT such a 'naughty mom' story after all.....AND it has such a SWEET ending I know, I know, bad one......

Today has been quite hot for English weather OK it was only 75 degrees but that is hot for us. Pete has been working outside doing the building work all day! Right now I am just watching the bunnies. We brought them into the house for grooming. We don't do it that often but they have been burrowing again in their run and had some mud stuck on their fur so I thought they could do with a brush.
I hope the weather is nice tomorrow because I have 2 weddings to go to. One of the teachers I work with now is getting married as is one of the teachers who I used to work with. A few people will be going to both weddings as we know both couples (the sister of the girl I work with works at the same school now as the other guy who is getting married - a bit confusing but a lot of us know one another!)
Oh well I guess I better go see if the worker outside wants a cold drink!!

It is never a good idea to give lurkers and Axe Murderers enough info to find where you live. I mean would you really like [COLOR=9900CC]oddball27[/COLOR] and TalkisCheap to come and toilet paper your house?

I went walking this morning, RRBB gave up after 50 feet, and I went the long route.

As far as my vision, it is a little worse than yesterday, but I can still see.....RRBB and I will probably go to see Thunderbirds tonight, if I can see OK.



Oh well, guess I should go now...

I'm not really trying to.....I'm just kinda doing like Charlize Theron, just not as drastic....not eating after a certain time, and lots of exercising And it WORKS!!!

Just for the record, I DID NOT give up after 50 feet!!! I got mad and turned around after about 1/4 mile or so. But that's okay cuz I got in a good workout last night. ohanafamily really upset me when we were out for dinner so I walked out and headed home. I got a good mile or so before he caught up with me - after he'd eaten of course.

Good thing it was still pretty light out because I had no ID, no keys, no phone, and only a nickle in my pocket at the time. Oh, and there was a possiblity of rain at the time, too. Guess that wasn't the smartest thing I could have done, but I was really pissed off!
