You go to the picture which has to be hosted by a web site that allows for hotlinking and right click on the picture - you then scroll down the pop up menu to properties and then right click again on properties. You then highlight the web addess of the particular picture and copy it. You then go to your post and paste the picture's url that you copied and surround the address with the above code.

Ohana,

I was in and out of the doghouse with NC Belle yesterday. I spaced out on her a couple times yesterday, and she got upset because I was not listening. She smiled at the following observation that I made:

"It seems to be God's idea of humor that he pairs up men with a short attention span with women who love to chat their man's ear off."

Needless to say, I'm buying her lunch today.
