We are supposed to go to a baseball game tonight, not little league, a REAL one. The storms just keep on coming through though. It's wicked ugly outside, windy, thundery, lighteningy, not a drop of rain. Couple weeks ago we had too much, now we really kind of need it. Our little garden is suffering.

Afternoon, y'all! A dear friend came over and took me and the kids to lunch today...finally got to try Indian food...YUM!! He's moving to Italy in 3.5 weeks to join his wife, but all his stuff is already packed and gone so he's living in an empty house. He was lonely before (his wife moved ahead of him last November) but now it's downright depressing! He knew DH was gone and we were probably bored, too He treated for lunch and I got ice cream for dessert!! You ever had Bruster's ice cream? New to me, but we'll be back! It was SO good!!
