I don't know if I was "lurking", but, well, maybe. I was busy reading the posts between trying to do some work here this morning. Boss is out today (again) and so, when she's not here, everything falls to me....

I'm in one of those moods this week when I absolutely hate my job and dread getting up and sitting at this desk for another day. The idea of coming into the office just kills me. I have weeks at a time when I'm just fine with my job, and then a week (like everyone) when the idea of returning again the following morning is akin to having cinder blocks dropped on my head!

ARGH. Well, back to the drudge.

Evening all, I'm just popping in before heading out to the theatre again.
[COLOR=FF66CC]llebrekniT[/COLOR] do your garden centres not stock cobbles? Over here we get bags of cobbles at nearly every garden centre.
OK I have a story to share. At school recently we have been having the animal protection people in doing talks. Well after school today 2 of the really naughty boys found a cat near the school and brought it up to us so we could phone the RSPCA (animal protection) to rescue it and make it better. I thought that was really good of them. They are the kind of boys who you would not really think would do such a nice thing.
Oh well, I better go I have to eat and run.

Thanks NCBELLE for the ideas on girls state. The ribbons will work great and be cheaper then the button maker. Since Sam has a lot of hair she’ll use some type of slogan like -if you care, vote hair. Something silly

Just got back from the cardiologist. Have a bunch of tests June 3. Doc was great and will do tests to rule everything out.

OK DH is off today to go to the doc with me. Sweet huh,. So gonna spend some quality time—be quiet RICK… baby is home and awake!!!

Just bringing us back from page 2 to say bye for now. I'm heading out to the theatre - 2 more shows to go!! Tomorrow am going to the hairdressers to relax and then I have to prepare my guest bedroom for my parents as they are coming to visit next weekend (they live 2 hours away in Leeds.)

I'm procrastinating here. I really must start the packing now. And then there's tons of bills to be paid before we leave, more laundry, last minute shopping for whatever, etc., etc.

I have already paid most of our end of the month/beginning of the month bills early. I still have to decide where to stop next week on the way down. I will pack next Sat. am before hubby comes home from work.
