TalkisCheap Way to go, girl! I hope my little ones grow up to be athletic, too! I keep telling their godparents they're going to have to take them for a few weeks every summer to teach them how to play something (I'm not sporty at all....I was a cheerleader, but before cheering was so sporty). GodM played volleyball, basketball, softball, and coached volleyball, and is a PT. GodF is a huge baseball fan and is an ump in the HS and JR college leagues, and is also a PT. Hopefully some of their sportiness will rub off!! So, when's the next meet??

Well, it's NOT going to be a late one for me. On top of all the usual stuff, today I made the guest room, did 2 loads of laundry, played musical sprinklers in the yard trying to keep the grass from getting crispy, ran the stairs more times than I can count putting stuff away, hauled out more clothes for the garage sale, vacuumed the whole entire house--all 3 floors (skipped the stairs...oh well...don't look
), removed all the furniture from the screened porch, washed it all, removed the "astroturf carpet" from the porch, washed that, washed the porch, washed the kids picnic table, (pollen is finally subsiding so time to get if off my porch
), and goodness knows what else. Oh, and today was a "grumpy day" for Walt
. I'm tired. In-laws here tomorrow at 4pm and lots still to do tomorrow...but have a playdate for the kids since I neglected them today (can you say TV time?).
May be here intermittantly the next week or so.....don't seem to be on the 'puter much when we have company....will miss you

. I placed second even though I really wanted 4'2. Then my 400 was awesome, I lowered my time to 1:13.18 so, that was pretty good, and I got 2nd. My mile was a 7:46 which is a personal best, and good enough for first so that was good too! Then our relay took second by like, a centimeter! So, all and all, it was a good meet.[/B]
