DH is home tonight so maybe I will not get any rest anyway He twitches in his sleep when he is really tired. He came home from work 2 hours late this morning becuase they had a big house fire. that means no sleep for me .

where did they go rafting ? DH and DS want to go up to Co to raft in July

Hi Mad4Mickey the boys went up to Shawno WI for a raft trip.. maybe CO some other time.. this year the big Boy Scout trip is So Dakota and the black hills and Mt rushmore.etc.. that is end of July/early Aug

Did you girls enjoy Bridget Jones?...... I watched it over at my sisters house. It just so happens that I own Pride and Prejudice, so I may have to pop it in to fall asleep to! I can't wait for the second movie to come out....I know they've completed filming it. I wonder if they have "The Importance of Being Ernest" at the video store? Wouldn't mind seeing that again either.

Morning all,
Someone mentioned Star Treck and that reminded me of a famous person that I have also met which I forgot about! Patrick Stewart (Cpt Picard.) He is from my area at home and his relatives went to the same school as I did. When we opened our new library at school he came along to do the official opening for us as his nephew was in our school at the time. I also met Jack Charlton, a very famous England football player when I was on a field trip for my geography lesson. We were asking local people questions for a study. We though we recognised the man but carried on asking him questions. When we said where we were from he asked after our head master so we thought maybe he had been to our school at some point (actually he used to own the sports shop in our village!) We chatted for about 15 minutes and then he went off to buy some vegetables at a matked stall. Then we over heard someone say " I see Jack Charleton is back in town." Then we relised who we had been chatting to!! The boys were quite envioue as in England he is a football ledgend.

Oh well back to today. I am waiting for my internet food shopping order to arrive. Then I have a committee meeting at 1pm at the theatre then a singing rehearsal at 4pm. After that I need to come home and prepare my lesson that I am going to be inspected on tomorrow Plus this evening England have their first football game in the Euro 2004 competition against France so I will watch that too. The whole nation is being very patriotic at the moment, there are England flags flying everywere, out of houses, on cars etc. The country really gets behind their football team.

I'm just heading down to the beach huts for breakfast. There are breakfast lasagnas, pancakes (plain, scotch and choc chip.) plus a selection of pasteries and fruit juices. Help yourselves when you are up.

Sorry guys this will be short. Everytime I type I lose a curser and get a pop up. Make it stop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My big day is today. Lat night went well. I cooked too much and have lots of leftovers. Tom won his game and is going for the championship of his first tournament-(big one next weekend)

Off to church, do the reception run into DC and get home around midnight. Ugh I have to wear a dress all day!!!! double ugh on the heels

Good morning everyone! Another beautiful day in Central New York!

Geffric, sorry I missed you last night. We could have "sipped" together.

Well, I'm going to go get dressed now. I think I'll haul my barge down to the canal and do a little walking -- 15 miles on the Erie Canal. We've hauled some barges in our day. Filled with lumber coal and hay, and we know every inch of the way from Albany to Buffalooo -- oooooooooo. (Sorry )

It's quiet here this morning. I think I'll check in later. We've got company coming over at 4:00 for a cookout. Oma, Opa, and Anne and Sally--our exneighbors--are coming over.

Good morning DHB. I can't figure out what song that is. My new favorites are JayZ's "Go on brush you shoulders off...", and I still like "E'rbody in the club gettin' tipsy", but that is getting a bit old.

I need to buy some funky rap music for the truck. But I have to get it with the cuss words removed, because of the kids.

OMG! Eric and Sal are watching the Wiggles and doing a dance for me. It's not a pretty sight.

New Beastie Boys! Yipee. They were on the MTV Movie Awards & were so good. There new CD has Explicit Lyrics so you'll have to buy it at Wal-Mart when it comes out on Tuesday.

Good morning everybody!

Mother Nature spared us last night and we saw no rain during the baseball game. It started late though and we didn't get home until almost 11:30. Poor little Ella was such a trooper, she did wonderfully staying out that late. That's my girl!

Barb do you like Pharell? I really, really do. Have you heard "Off the Richter" yet? Black Eyed Peas? I can't seem to find it on the radio and I don't want to buy their CD for one song. I think I will go ahead and get the JayZ one, but I'm torn between that and Pharell. Do you buy the "NOW" series CD's? I get them for Daniel, he loves them.

The weather is looking great for today. I think I will do some more mulching, maybe. Really need to go the grocery store, but I REALLY don't want to.

Hello everyone! I went to a wedding yesterday. The ceremony was lovely, but the reception sucked. Mostly because of the food. It was terrible. Guests were leaving in droves. I felt really bad for the bride and groom; I think the caterer was someone they knew. The cake was delicious, though.

Good morning! Just got home from church and now I'm in the worst mood ever. Did I tell you Matt has a girlfriend? Yeah, I know....and now he's telling me every detail of their date last night....I have this horrible urge to just yell SHUT UP so loud he'll hear me. Grrr



Anyway. I own Pride & Prejudice! He is a total hottie as Mr. Darcy!! It's so cute how he smiles when she plays the piano...I dunno he's just soooo cute!


I still have to get the speakerboxxx/love below cd...I haven't had a chance to go shopping when I've actually had $$$, So I have to wait for someone to take me...but it should be soon because I need to get my dad a fathers day present!!
