Hey peeps. Speaking of peeps....have ya'll bought yours yet? ​

I've bought some but there will be more! They gross DH out....he hates marshmallow in any form. I love 'em! As do the kids, of course. And so many fun colors now!

Thanks for the warmth. The sun feels good, but that air out there is still TOO chilly! My cats have been following the sun spots around the room all afternoon!

I love peeps to. I'm trying to hold off on buying them though. I don't want to overdose on them. They are like Orea cookies to me. If they are in the house I have NO willpower. But rest assured, there will be peeps in this house.

Thats funny about your cats. Will you have to crate them when ya'll travel? We have traveled with ours (before we had dogs) the only time they went in their crates was just before we would stop to get out.

Looks like the Dow is going to close with another decent day. Not as much of a gain as the last few days....but it is still a plus. Four good days in a row. It would be so great if the recession started to end before the economist are now saying, Right now what I'm hearing is Aug.-Oct.

Aww I missed it. There aren't any trips on the horizon for us either. I'm hoping maybe Christmas time. Once we feel like we can breath again with the economy we want to build a large garage workshop. So, we shall see.

Oh my husband would LOVE a garage workshop.

The good thing is that we each have a 4 day Hopper Pass to Disney. Thanks to my darling best friend. I love her. She was getting us passes through her work. I asked for 4 day non hopper. I wanted hopper but didn't have enough $ for them. When she sent them last summer, they were in a note that said Christmas came early, we bought you 8 day Non Expiration Hoppers; Your next trip is on us! She is wonderful and has been better to us and done more for us than our own families. I don't know what I would do without her.

That garage is becoming a real need. We need storage space. But ya'll won't here me talking about any building projects until things have gotten much better.

I was just thinking about people looking for vacation property. It would be great if you could attract the attention of some investers as well. When you are ready to plan your trip let me know. Any of you for that matter. I find codes for all my family. Its the thrill of the hunt.

Yes, the land was advertised online on different sites for out-of-staters last year. There was a time that land on this lake went easily. Bass fishers love this lake. I wanted to sell when the market was great. It was not my decision though. The land actually belongs to my husband and 2 of his siblings so we will get 1/3 when/if it sells. His sister finally gave the ok once the market went to crap. Gee, thanks. She has never used the land. However, some people have a very difficult time with change.
