Overall it was a success! Only DS12 didn't care too much for it, but he never was much on sausage, period. I gobbled mine up!

I just told the kids about the FAO Schwarz toy store there in NY...you should've seen their faces when I described the giant floor piano! It's going to be culture shock, though, I'll tell ya....they've been to Boston, but never anything like NYC.

GUESS WHAT?!?!? Dh could not go with us to Disney, and I just felt too bad about not taking everyone. My friend Gillian (pronounced Giligan without the 2nd g) is going with me!!!!! She is a nanny in Charlotte and I only get to see her every once in a while. She used to be my assistant at work and we went to the release of the 7th Harry Potter book together. And this is her 1st ever Disney trip! I'm trying to get her to join in here.
