My DH and some friends have been sending each other Rare Toys & Collectibles. I sent them a set of KISS dolls the other day! And I've gotten some Weebles and a Ralph Malph doll.

I went to Starbucks after pivking up my copy of the 2009 Unofficial Guide on Tuesday. I thought of you while I was drinking my grande white chocolate mocha frappucino and perusing the book. I was wondering if you were cold in Florida. Been a bit nippy down there, has it recently?

I blame our snow on dh'd uncle from Upstate NY. (we had the 1st snow in 7 years here in Jan and I can't remember ever having 2 snows in the same year) He could have left that carp in NY.

I got Dan last week in the face with the Poo Snowball in the snowball fight.

I am actually enjoying my Facebook. Of course more family has now joined and I dislike that because they like to air dirty laundry on myspace. I'll just have to stay away from the drama. Which should be easy, as most of them are in Ohio.

DH banned me from Facebook after an ex found me and started chatting with me. He was all upset I responded. There are not enough eye rolling smileys to convey my feelings about that. He actually just got mad so in a huff I deleted my account to make a point about how ridiculous he was being. Now I keep telling him my 20-year reunion is being planned on Facebook and I'll probably miss it because of him.

It has been chilly by Florida standards. We had 2 days with highs in the 50's and 3 days of lows in the 30's. Today was high of 65, tomorrow 75. I'm working outside tomorrow at a softball game between the Kids and Kubs (a softball team of 75 and up) and city hall workers. So I'm glad the weather will be nice.

That is plain ridiculous. 2 of dh's ex girlfriends are his friends on facebook and one of my ex boyfriends (along with his present girlfriend--long stroy, but I know both of them). We are all friends. What happened in the past, happened in the past. You walk away from it. From time to time, I'll get a not from my ex about how proud he is of me, how I have it all together, etc, etc. DH gets the same from his. I don't care.

We are all friends. What happened in the past, happened in the past. You walk away from it. From time to time, I'll get a not from my ex about how proud he is of me, how I have it all together, etc, etc. DH gets the same from his. I don't care.

I agree. He's just an overly jealous fool. He seems to think I'm such a great catch, that my ex must be just pining away for me for almost 20 years. Like my 9 year old, he's very dramatic and can't always be reasoned with. But his good points outweigh that annoyance. Usually.

I know, if they are pining after that long, you might want to call the police. YOu might have a stalker on your hands.

DH has his good points that make up for the fact that sometimes I have to remind him I am an adult. I understand.

It snowed more at the beach this past week than it did inland at my house. They called on Wednesday and told me school was cancelled, and I asked, "Why?"

There was still snow on the ground today at work--that's so unheard of here--snow 2 days later.
