Um...

Every kid is different? :scared:

No, in all seriousness, hon, I don't mean to scare you. Every kid is totally different, and I just noticed three was much worse than two. Now there's a lot of factors that go into that, not only do we have childhood development progressing along course, and a desire for independence, we also have a DH and a DS whose personalities are very similar. And who but heads. Frequently. God bless him, he's a great father, but my husband and my son are so alike sometimes that I have to stop them from fighting. No joke. Fighting with the almost four year old. Yes, you read that right. Lord help me when I have a stubborn teenager and and even more stubborn husband on my hands. If they don't turn me gray early, it'll be a miracle. :rotfl2:
::yes:: Ummmm...Yes!! :lmao:

Good morning, guys!

I made the command decision to keep DS home from preschool today. He's doing better, but still coughing and a bit raspy sounding, so I don't want to spread any germs to the other kiddos. Plus with his birthday coming up this weekend, I really want him to feel better! Poor little nugget.

How's everyone doing?

Hi TK!

Mine are going back to school today - finally! Besides wanting them to be feeling better, I'm tired of dealing with the snarky school secretary when I have to call them in....:rotfl: Yep, she's a peach, that one.

DH and I are going to go to Dunkin Donuts a little later, just have a coffee and some chat time. Mostly we'll speculate on "what do we do if the house doesn't sell??!"

On a high note, there is a storm in the northeast today that is NOT hitting us!!!:cool1: About time. We had a delightful day in the mid-40s yesterday, and they're talking 38 again on Saturday.

Well, she just sounds like a right little ray of sunshine. :lmao:

I'm glad they're feeling well enough to go to school, that's good.

Is there any possibility of you turning it into a rental property?

Yeah, we were supposed to have this huge amount of snow, and now it's not due to arrive until later. So I'm a little worried about DH during his evening commute, but at least he doesn't work to far from home. I'll have to check our forecast for Saturday. It would be great if it's similar to yours, I took it off because it's DS' birthday, and I'm so excited.

We're having his family party on Sunday, with my mom, dad, nana, and fil, and I just love having them all here. So different from going to vist my mil and crew. So, so different.:confused3

good morning everyone :wave2: hope everyone is well today! :goodvibes

You have NO. Idea.

:sad2:

Not really, on two fronts: first, just renting it out still leaves us with no money to do anything. Secondly....um, how do I put this delicately.....rentals around here don't tend to be treated very nicely. Get it??! And, bottom line, really, is that my dad's name is on the deed and HE needs to sell it.

Funny how relatives can be like that....you either love to see them, or you "don't"....:rotfl:

Sounds complicated and frustrating.

Oh my word, a snake! :lmao:

Well, I would not be touching him if I were at your house. I'd be avoiding him like the plague, but I can understand the fascination.

Sometimes with light sabers.

It's begun to snow here.
Bleh.
I am making an executive decision to move to Florida.

...

So, now anyone have any ideas on how to physically move a 5'11", 230lb muscly football player who won't be moved? Unfortunately I don't think I'll be able to just lead BF by the hand into the U-Haul.

God.
Bless.
You.

There are two of us in our house. With one bathroom.
And sometimes I think we have 2 bathrooms too few!

Well, those are the fun fights. :lmao:

Four words.

Debt to be repaid.

Just sayin'. ;) ;)

thanks :rotfl2:

I hope they don't scare the poor thing.

We only have 1 bathroom. Someday we would like to put in a 1/2 bath with laundry. It would be nice not to have the washer in the cold cellar.

One word:

FOOD!

Food, woman! Isn't the way to a man's heart supposed to be his stomach?!....or is that when you're still trying to snag him?? Eh, worth a try.

Oh wait!...I've got it!! You park the U-Haul where you can cover and disguise it as a room in a house. Then, you load up a wide-screen tv, couple of reclining movie-theater-style seats, mini-bar and loads of munchies....and hook up a 5-dvd player with all his favorite sports games/commentaries/montages. By the time you get to Florida, he steps out to a kinder, gentler climate and it's a done deal!:lmao:

(I know that was very long and involved but I'm rootin' for ya, hon!!...all the way!!!)
