Just wanted to send you all a quick "Happy Thanksgiving" from the Disney Magic. It looks like I'll have lots of catching up to do when we get back. I have met a lot of Dis'ers on the cruise. It'd be fun if one day we could have a Tagless/Formerly Tagless cruise.

I'm kinda, sorta, hoping that I can afford a trip in Dec. 2010. It would be just DD & myself. First I gotta get a real job. I work as a "ParaProfessional" for a school district. It's only 32 hours with no benefits and it's 9 months.

LOL ya she is not very photogenic so we don't get very many "good" pics of her. As for her thinking...we sometimes wonder is she thinks at all When we first got her she would just sit and stare at you blankly. I told my mom that by the way she's looking all thats in her head is elevator music....I love her to death but she can be such a blond! Its funny how complete opposites the two of them are....

I hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving...I was lucky enough to have 2 dinners...lol...well one lunch and one dinner. Well now that Thanksgiving is passed, now on to CHRISTMAS!!!!! (aaahhhh the shopping)

Our Thanksgiving was really nice. The buffet was very good. The food and service were both wonderful!

Christmas ... sigh ... Did anyone go out shopping this morning?

Nope, I do most of my shopping on-line! No crowds and the stuff I buy is delivered right to my front door. Gotta love it. I will probably make one and only one foray out, to Toys-r-Us. I have a couple of gift cards from the kid's birthdays that they want to use.

But not today!!

Well, I DID go out today. Last time ever. Next time, I'm just gonna buy everything online, ship it to work so the kids won't see it, and be done with it.

Good morning. I don't have time again to change from Thanksgiving to Christmas. I spent all day yesterday at our HS volunteering for Project Graduation. We are doing a 2 day Tip-Off Tournament where area basketball players play 4 games in a row. We sell food to the spectators and provide lunch for all players/coaches. I went to school at 10am and didn't get home till 7:30pm. I am there again today, but clean up will take much longer since it's the last day. It's going to be a long day.

Well, after paying for Charlie, a Christmas 2009 trip does not seem possible, either. So dh and I made a little deal--I have 2 professional days coming up to work on National Boards. I'll take a long weekend in Disney to work on the stuff (at night and early morning, of course) and we'll take a trip to the Poly after I get national board certification. It's kind of sad, but too much has been coming up recently for the five of us to take a trip. As it is, I'm going to have to go ahead and get plane tickets while the prices are still low and book the trip at a future date (say Jan).
