So i'm really new around here, (see post numbers) but hey that doesn't take away from the fact that I want a tag! I actually had one of these a few years ago but my old name was ransacked, stolen, and taken over by non-other than my mom....so now I have to start all over again...so can I join over here please???:worship:

Everyone is welcome!

Awww....I feel so welcomed. What great people you guys are. Why do I doubt people on here? (As long as I stay away from the hot topic, debating, very opinionating threads) Everyone is so nice... Oh and by the way my name is Megan, and if you ever come across my old name (eeyorelvr10 aka Laura - my mom make sure to tell her hi, it'll freak her out lol) jk I would stay away from her cause she is a little weird sometimes...anyways just wanted to say HI

I'd agree that staying away from the hot topic threads is absolutely the best way to go. . .It was only after I started staying away from the political threads that the tag fairy tagged me.

Good advice...nothing good ever comes out of them, most of the time just angry, not so nice thoughts, unless i'm in a really really good mood and nothing can ruin that, which is not that very often.

Good morning all.

Gas was $2.48 here yesterday. I was happy about it until my friend in Memphis said hers was $2.19. That's a big difference.

I paid $2.24 yesterday. Since I'm going in to work now to get ready for actually going back to work, it's nice that the additional gas bill won't be as big a hit as we thought. Now if I can only get that parking space rather than paying at the meter every day.

Interesting. Are there only so many parking spaces near your office and the rest have to pay at a meter?

Ok, why is my gas still at $2.48? Irritating.

Hey y'all! Long time, no see! Darn life getting in the way of DISing.

Gas is $2.17 near my house and drops sometimes 2-3 times per week. My dad and I have a bet going on whether we'll see it below $2.00.

Where in California?, I am in San Diego and it was 2.95 at the cheapo gas station yesterday!!

I'm in San Diego too. I guess it just depends on your location in San Diego :confused3 There's a cheaper gas station near my mom's work so I usually go there. It had dropped from 2.75 to 2.50 last time I checked!

Yes. There are a limited amount of spaces near the building. There are plenty blocks away near the lake where all the homeless sleep. Yeah, I'll stick with the meters or moving my car every 2 hours before doing that. The first week I worked there a few years ago, a woman was stabbed and killed at that lake.

I'm hoping to see $1.89 again. I don't know where that number has come from....but it's what I'm hoping for. :goodvibes
