I had to change my ticker. Which is ok, I like the new one! But I couldn't see any tickers from Magical Kingdoms at all. If I tried to type in the web address, my dumb ISP page came up with "We're sorry, we couldn't find....". Then I tried to click on those tickers right in people's sigs. Same message. I Googled them, clicked on that link, still nothing.

So, for some reason I can't access them and I was tired of all the red x's! Mickey Path I can see just fine so I switched to them.

Plus I love Mater!

I love Mater, too. When changing my PTR title, I was tempted to call it "Happier than a Tornado in a Trailer Park", but thought I might offend. I may still do that. . .

Good morning everybody! I've got some exciting news to share. Last night we got tickets to see the new Cirque Du Soleil Show w/ Chris Angel (Believe) while we're in Vegas. They are running the show from September 12th through October 9th in preview mode meaning they will still be working out the kinks. Tickets are 25% off as a result.

I'm super excited because I think this is a brilliant collaboration between Chris Angel and Cirque. The other night I was watching one of my favorite shows - 'So You Think You Can Dance'. The Believe dancers performed a piece of the show and it was incredible. The head choreographer is Wade Robson who is brilliant. I've liked his work since years ago when he choreographed for N'Sync. I'm so excited about this - I had to share. Here's a snippet about the show

Since I had so many, I told her she could have a handful. Though she took that to mean come by and grab a handful at random times through the day.

Yup, those cats in the rain look about right.

Legomom, want another female kitten? My daughter brought a homeless one from her friends house. It was trying to get in the door with them and her "friend" kept kicking it away and swearing at it. When they went inside, it was climbing the screens to try to get in. The friends Mom told her to stop kicking it, but they wouldn't even let it sleep in their garage for the night. My daugher put it in my car ALL NIGHT with no litter box and it's infested with fleas! We just bathed her once but need to do it again. I've been picking fleas for 2 hours. She is in our bathroom. Extremely sweet little thing. She even kept purring for a few minutes while in the bath water. She is very tolerant of constant picking at her and pulling her hair trying to get fleas out. She never even tried to scratch during the bath. My daughter is allergic to cats and we already have 2. I also cannot afford another animals vet bills. My 2 large 100+ pound puppies suck us dry. I wish I knew someone who wanted a kitten. She is so nice. If the vet was open, I would have had her pick up some revolution. UGH I wonder how many fleas are in my car?

I have fostered in the past too. I had mostly motherless abandoned kittens until they were old enough to go back to the shelter to be adopted. I would much rather find someone who wants her than bring her to the shelter. She has some long hair coming from her ears. I wonder if she has Maine Coon in her? I want to find her a home.

I'm exhausted. My DD's party went well. The weather behaved for us. My candy buffet was a big hit. We had the party at a country club pool. It wasn't closed down, so there were other people there. One lady kept coming over asking for Twizzlers (after the kids had filled their buckets.) I was worried kids would be a problem, not some drunk, cigar smoking woman.

After the party, we had some friends come back to watch the Tampa Bay Bucs. Preseason is so boring, they left at half time. Now my DD and two of her friends are having a sleepover here. I'm hoping they are so tired that they pass out soon. I know I will. I actually hope I do before I hit the birthday cake again. I'll post pics of the buffet and cake tomorrow.

MOMS - glad your work for your friend was appreciated.

Oh that sounds super neat. That was a sad part about booking our Disney trip... cirque is off that week... can I pick weeks or what? So instead we are doing MNSSHP.
