I'd stay at CSR given the chance too. I've only been to French Quarters once. If I have the opportunity to stay at a mod again, I would try CSR. I loved the size of FQ, but I like to try new things.

There was quite a buzz on the resorts board last night about the CSR. What is being said is... it seems it is getting ready to under go a rehap. It is getting queen size beds, the flat panel TV's and even a club level. I hope all this pans out. They are supposedly doing this because it is a business convention resort and Disney wants to stay currant with resorts outside of property.

Is it a school physical?

Just the normal yearly physical. They only need one every other year to play sports. He was happy not to need any shots. He turned 13 in June. Is 5' 2" and only 92lbs. Thin and could easily get CRUSHED on the football field. Even kids shorter than him usually out weigh him.

Figure out how often you plan to go each year, for how long, and the accomdations. There are points calculators you can put in the dates to figure out how many points you would need for that stay. The points values for a stay remain basically the same, but annual fees do go up a bit each year. Though not as much as the cost of hotel rooms seem to go up.

I recommend playing around with dates and room sizes. We ended up doubling our points after we bought them, because not only do we go often, we like to bring friends. The 3-bedroom Grand Villas use a lot of points.

Can you use points towards Disney Cruises?

Yes you can. But it uses a lot of points. When you use points for a room, it's one set of points for the room. When you use them for a cruise, you use points for each person. Some people use points for the first 2 people, then pay cash for the next 2. Since we go to WDW so often, it's not worth it for us to use the points for a cruise. But many people do get a good deal from doing that.

Mornin'

I woke up with an awful sinus headache. After I do my stuff, it should get better. Until then, I will try to ignore it.

So my daughter took my car to her friends house last night to spend the night. She is coming back this morning. Figured I could do without the car over night. I told her to call me when she got there. I waited and waited and no call. I tried calling her cell twice and she didn't pick up. At this point, I start feeling uncomfortable. I didn't have either friends new cell #'s so I had to call a Mom and ask her to call her daughter and tell my daughter to call home. She called a minute later. She forgot to call. UGH Simple request - CALL WHEN YOU GET THERE. Her friends were hiding on her and in her search, she forgot to call.

She thought I was being ridiculous asking her to call when she got to her destination. She has only had her license for a week. Doesn't seem like it's asking too much.
