I'm afraid I won't be of much help as I don't like many boy names. To make me even more useless to you - You like unusual names and for boy names I tend to like plain common ones. You are talking to someone who named their son Matthew, plain old Matt for short.

For Irish names I like Brady (spirited), Ryan (little king) and Thomas. My brothers name is Tom so I thought if I had another son, he would have been named after him. I am done having kids though. I also like Jack. ;) Sorry I couldn't be of any help.

Oh and I like One Pie canned pumpkin too.

Thanks for sharing, though! Anything is helpful at this point because I can always try to vary it or translate it and see what I come up with, so I appreciate the effort. And I'm big into the meanings of names as well. There's an Italian name I adore, but it literally means ungrateful. Yup. Not naming the bean that. :lmao:

Mornin', Kimmar!

I have a doc's appt today. Hoping to discuss my level of tiredness and the Braxton Hicks I get when overworked. Let's hope they can do something other than tell me to rest more, put my feet up, and stay hydrated. :lmao:

...wow, a self-medicator....

Well, you and I both know that's what they'll say. Now, I ask you, how often could you rest and put your feet up, one, when you're supposed to be working, and two, when you're chasing around your five year old? LOL

Halfway through, thank goodness. Part of me would welcome being put on bed rest (my blood pressure has been high at the past appointments) and part of me is terrified, because I'd pretty much lose my health insurance and either have to COBRA it or apply for state.

Can they do that?? I would think that if a) you were planning on taking leave after the birth and they're expecting you back after that time, and b) you have Dr's orders to go on bed rest....How can they just dump you??!! I dunno, seems to me that the only way you should be able to lose that insurance is if you outright leave your job.:confused3 I know it isn't necessarily that way, but it should be!!

My understanding from our HR department is that because I'm part time, I don't qualify for short term disability, which is what they consider bed rest to be. I need to get further clarification on that, but maternity leave, according to them is when you leave due to childbirth or care of a child (infant or adopted) or family member (in illness).

It would be nice if I could maintain that status, but according to them, I'll no longer be in their employ. Fortunately I have two weeks of PTO stocked up, so I'd have insurance for two weeks while we'd figure out what we have to do.

Mornin' Babnanas!....I can't seem to get going this morning. Has anyone seen my motivation??! (Perhaps the cat who just tried to literally climb the wall has run off with it!!)

.

Climbing the walls, eh?

Interesting cat.

I have motivational issues every day. ;) Usually it begins when I open my eyes and think...this bed is so warm....do I really have to leave it?

Well, without getting into graphic detail about why, I had to have more labwork done today, and now I'm exhausted.

Going to watch a movie with my DS and if I'm lucky catch a few winks.

...and that's different from every other morning because.......?????

Well actually, most mornings I get up, have my first coffee while checking e-mail and FaceBook, and then go for a run. Today was an effort to drag my sorry butt to the computer chair!! But I do blame the weather and the time change....it's still quite dark here at 7am and today it's been POURING rain.

So much for a "20%" chance of rain...:headache:

.

This time change is kicking my rear. I need a nap, but I wanna watch AI, and a nap at this conjecture would mean literally to bed.

so i got put on this plays running crew. (Miss Nelson Is Missing)
i get to help move the set blah blah blah.
i'm also in charge of props. make sure they are there, that no one touches them, blah blah blah.
well there is one guy that is in "charge" of everyone else.
his name is Anthony and he's my friend.
well Anthony is getting on my very last nerve.
i've never been on running crew or been in charge of props.
none of the crew has seen the play before; obviously b/c we are backstage.
so this can be problematic when you need to move the set.
we don't know what goes where and what needs to be added/removed.
Anthony was acting like we should all know exactly what we're doing and getting extremely upset with everyone today.
it's kind of one of the situations where you had to be there to understand the extent of the problem.
today was our first day as a full costume run through with tech moving the set and stuff.
i had to leave a little early for dance.
but my ride wasn't there yet, and when Anthony saw me sitting in one the audience chairs waiting he got all kinds of mad and told me to get backstage until the minute i had to leave.
so i got up, left the theater, and waited by the outside doors.
let's just say it was bad and i was mad. :headache:

so then comes dance.
i only have dance on tuesdays.
our competition is april 10th if i remember right.
so right now we pretty much know the dance and are cleaning it up.
well out coach threw us into something random and offhand tonight.
she was having us do all these weird "work outs".
i at one point actually felt sorta sick just b/c i wasn't used to doing that kind of stuff, and doing so much of it.
ok, walk it off...
i felt better when we got going with the actual dance.
then about 15 or 20 minuted before the class ends (it's only an hour) we were in the middle of a spin that we'd already done maybe 8 times and my ankle flat out rolls.
i have really weak ankles and i roll them even when i'm just walking.
i tried to keep going but in the end i had to sit it out.\
i'm currently icing it.

blah! it was NOT a good day at all. :(

the only good thing was that my dad came home today. :)

wow that was long - sorry!
